1 Scope
This standard specifies the quality requirements for clothing washing in laundry and dyeing service operations.
This standard applies to various laundry and dyeing enterprises engaged in the washing of household textile clothing.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in SB/T 10783-2012 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Laundry and dyeing industry laundry and dyeing industry
An industry specializing in the business services of washing, ironing, dyeing, mending of clothing and public textiles, and care of leather products.
3.2
Clothing clothing
Daily textile, leather and other products.
3.3
Laundry laundry
The process of cleaning clothes using various equipment, tools, mechanical force, and detergents in a medium (such as water, dry cleaning agents, etc.).
3.4
Uneven color uneven color
The phenomenon where the same fabric shows inconsistent and uneven color after washing or dyeing.

Pressing mark pressing mark
Bright marks left on clothes after ironing.
Note: Commonly known as "aurora."
3.6
Soap flowers Soap flowers
Residual detergent marks on clothing.

Stains stains
Dirt attached to clothing.
4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance
Basically maintains the original style without obvious deformation.
4.2 Visual Appearance
Clean and beautiful, all parts naturally smooth, no new wrinkles, pressing marks, fuzzing, pilling, or damage. Accessories complete, original crease positions correct and not deviated.
4.3 Color and Luster
Color and luster basically consistent with the original, no obvious fading, discoloration, color transfer, mismatching, or uneven color.
4.4 Odor
No peculiar smell.
4.5 Hand Feel
Basically maintains the original softness and elasticity. Surface is smooth without stickiness.
4.6 Cleanliness
Overall clean and bright, no residual detergent marks, no stains (except stubborn stains).
4.7 Hygiene
4.7.1 pH value reaches 6.5-7.5.
4.7.2 Washed clothes should meet:
— Total bacterial count: ≤200 cfu/25㎝2;
— Escherichia coli: not detected/50㎝2;
— Pathogenic bacteria: not detected/50㎝2.

Should meet SB/T 10625 Quality Requirements for Laundry and Dyeing Services.
