1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for business services and the quality of garment washing and dyeing processing in washing and dyeing operations.
This standard applies to various washing and dyeing enterprises engaged in washing and dyeing business activities.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Washing and dyeing enterprise
Business units engaged in services such as washing, ironing, dyeing, mending of garments, and care of leather products.
3.2
Public textiles
Various textiles used by units such as hotels, hospitals, and transportation, such as bed sheets, towels, tablecloths, mailbags, etc.
3.3
Laundry
The process of cleaning clothes using various equipment, tools, mechanical force, and detergents in a medium (such as water, dry cleaning agents, etc.).
3.4
Uneven color
The phenomenon where the same fabric shows inconsistent and uneven color after washing and dyeing.
3.5
Ironing and pressing
The process of restoring the shape and appearance of clothes by heating, pressing, cooling, and shaping with appropriate tools.
3.6
Smooth and flat
Clothes after ironing have smooth, crisp, and well-fitted lines.
3.7
Water spot
Water stains caused by ironing and other factors.
3.8
Pressing mark
Bright marks left on clothes after ironing.
3.9
Dyeing
The processing procedure to give clothes a certain fastness of color.
3.10
Darning
The operation of repairing various damaged clothes according to their original color, yarn, and structure to approach or restore the original appearance.
3.11
Leather care
The process of cleaning, maintaining, and decorating leather products such as leather clothes, leather goods, and leather shoes.
4 Service Requirements
4.1 Operators should adhere to the principle of honesty and trustworthiness during service and should not deceive or mislead consumers.
4.2 Business staff should dress cleanly and neatly, maintain tidy appearance; keep oral and body hygiene, without unpleasant odors or body smell.
4.3 The service process should be polite and civilized, use standard language, and choose words appropriately without vague or hard-to-understand terms. When receiving customers, it is recommended to use polite expressions such as "Hello" and "Please wait a moment." When customers leave, it is recommended to use polite expressions such as "Goodbye" and "Please take care."
4.4 During the service process, truthful and clear answers should be given to consumers' questions or inquiries.
4.5 When collecting payment, the cashier should clearly state the amount received and paid, and use both hands to receive or return clothes, money, and other items to consumers.
4.6 Service reception work should comply with the relevant provisions and requirements of SB/T 10624―2011.
4.7 Complaints and disputes arising during the service process should be properly resolved to avoid conflicts.
4.8 Compensation disputes should be resolved through negotiation, and compensation standards may refer to relevant national or local regulations.
5 Quality Requirements
5.1 General Provisions
Operators providing washing and dyeing services should ensure quality requirements are met. If the situation is explained to the customer in advance and both parties reach an agreement, it can be used as the quality evaluation standard; if not explained in advance, customers have the right to require meeting the quality requirements.
5.2 Quality Requirements for Garment Washing
Overall cleanliness, complete accessories, no deformation, no uneven color, no damage, no odor; stains removed without damaging fabric or fading.
5.3 Quality Requirements for Public Textile Washing
Clean and flat after cleaning and disinfection, pure color, no stains, no odor, no damage.
5.4 Quality Requirements for Garment Ironing
Overall smooth and flat, neat and beautiful, no deformation, no wrinkles, no ironing marks, no water spots, no pressing marks. Maintain the original style of the garment.
5.5 Quality Requirements for Public Textile Ironing
Surface smooth and flat, no creases, no fuzz, no odor, no damage.
5.6 Quality Requirements for Dyeing
Clothing texture undamaged, no deformation, pure color, no uneven or streaky color, no surface floating color; safety performance indicators should meet the requirements of GB18401-2003.
After darning, the fabric surface pattern is similar, the texture is natural, the elasticity is appropriate, the hole shape is flat, there are few marks, and the visual difference is basically none.
5.8 Quality Requirements for Leather Product Care
The overall and accessories basically maintain the original style, feel, color, and gloss; no new wrinkles, and the original pattern is clear.
5.9 Quality Requirements for Fur Product Care
The overall and accessories basically maintain the original softness, elasticity, no shrinkage, and no deformation; the fur is fluffy and smooth, not rough, not sticky, and without adhesion. There must be no hair loss caused by care reasons.
