1. Customers should truthfully inform about the condition of leather shoes (leather goods, bags) and remove decorations and accessories; operators should truthfully inform about possible adverse maintenance effects. The operator shall bear responsibility for unclear or incomplete filling of the "Voucher."
2. Customers may request "value-preserving maintenance" for high-end leather shoes (leather goods, bags) agreed upon by both parties, paying no more than 5% of the value preservation price.
3. Operators provide maintenance services for leather shoes (leather goods, bags) according to the Tianjin local standard "Service Quality Standard for Laundry and Dyeing Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard").
4. Customers must present the "Voucher" to collect leather shoes (leather goods, bags). If the "Voucher" is lost, customers should promptly use valid personal identification to report the loss and complete the collection procedures. Otherwise, the customer shall bear any resulting losses.
5. When customers collect leather shoes (leather goods, bags) with the "Voucher" and find maintenance quality issues, they should confirm with the operator on the spot; otherwise, the customer assumes responsibility. If due to the operator's fault, the maintenance quality does not meet the "Standard" or causes damage to the leather shoes (leather goods, bags), the maintenance fee shall be refunded and the operator shall bear breach of contract liability.
6. If the operator loses the customer's leather shoes (leather goods, bags), compensation shall be made according to the "Tianjin Laundry Service Management Measures" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"). The customer should provide genuine and valid purchase receipts for depreciation compensation; if no receipts are provided, compensation shall be based on market price depreciation.
7. If the customer delays collection or the operator delays delivery, the provisions of Article 17 of the "Measures" shall apply.
8. For other issues not stipulated in this agreement, the responsible party shall bear compensation liability according to the "Measures."
9. This agreement and the "Voucher" are inseparable and made in triplicate (one copy for the consumer, two copies for the operator), jointly constituting this contract.
10. If the customer and operator have other agreements, those shall prevail.
