Operational Specifications for Contract Format Clauses of Laundry and Dyeing Business in Shanghai Laundry Industry
Article 1 To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and standardize the contract format clauses of laundry and dyeing business in Shanghai laundry industry, these specifications are formulated in accordance with the "Shanghai Contract Format Clause Supervision Regulations" and the "Shanghai Laundry Industry Consumer Dispute Resolution Measures".

Operational Specifications for Contract Format Clauses of Laundry and Dyeing Business in Shanghai Laundry Industry
Article 1 To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and standardize the contract format clauses of laundry and dyeing business in Shanghai laundry industry, these specifications are formulated in accordance with the "Shanghai Contract Format Clause Supervision Regulations" and the "Shanghai Laundry Industry Consumer Dispute Resolution Measures".
Article 2 Operators must clearly display and announce various service items, charging standards, and value-preserving fine washing services in prominent places in the store.
Article 3 When accepting consumers' laundry and dyeing business, operators shall specify the specific service content on the clothing receipt, including:

2. Name of clothing: full name (style, color, fiber, brand):
3. Processing service items: washing methods must be agreed upon by the customer:
4. Unit price and total price:
5. Quantity of clothing items:
6. Whether value-preserving fine washing is required;
7. Inspect the current condition of the clothing, noting damages such as tears or moth holes:
8. The consequences of washing and ironing processing must be specified;
9. Invoice and pickup dates;
10. Both the issuer and the customer must sign.
Article 4 To protect consumers' rights, operators shall clearly display and announce the "Customer Notice" in prominent places in the store.
Article 5 These specifications have been reported to the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce. Enterprises engaged in laundry and dyeing business in this city shall implement according to the requirements of these specifications and refer to the "Shanghai Laundry Industry Clothing Receipt", "Customer Notice", and "Sample Demonstration".
Article 6 These specifications shall come into effect from the date of publication.
