Ensuring stable operation requires careful maintenance by the user, but the rationality of the equipment design, processing quality, and the quality of key components are crucial. For example, the quality of photoelectric sensors, brakes and clutches, cylinders, and other pneumatic components directly affects the folding accuracy and stability of the folding machine. Therefore, selecting suitable high-quality original components for key positions such as measurement and folding mechanisms is key to ensuring stable equipment operation.
Fourth Look: Compatibility and Support
When choosing a folding machine, consider its compatibility with various ironing machines and anti-static issues. Different linens and ironing machines produce different levels of static electricity on the fabric surface. A high-quality folding machine can eliminate static electricity on the conveyor belt itself and can also be equipped with anti-static devices as needed. A stacking machine can be configured at the outlet to reduce operator workload and increase mechanization.
