On November 8th, the Jingzhou City Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association convened nearly 50 association cadres and some members to organize a study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the private enterprise symposium on November 1st. Secretary-General Zhang Wenxin read the full text of General Secretary Xi's speech, President Jiang Ping further interpreted the full speech, and shared her own learning experiences with the attendees: First, understanding. The economic slowdown has a significant impact on enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. The six measures proposed by General Secretary Xi to support the development of the private economy clearly show that the central government is very aware of the situation of private enterprises, especially always concerned about our developing small and micro enterprises. Therefore, we must strengthen our confidence to seek development, overcome difficulties encountered in development, as small and micro enterprises are also an important component of the private economy. Second, warmth. The General Secretary said: "For a long time, the vast number of private entrepreneurs, with their pioneering spirit of innovation and persistent struggle, have organized and led millions of workers to work hard, start businesses with hardship, and continuously innovate. China's economic development has been able to create the Chinese miracle, and the private economy has played an indispensable role." This is not only encouragement for us but also conveys energy, clarifies the status of the private economy, and tells us that the government will always support the development of private enterprises. This warmth is evident throughout the text.
Through careful study and discussion, the association cadres determined the next steps for work: 1. Internal cohesion. Leverage the association's gathering role, promote the spirit of learning, follow the trend of the times, strengthen development confidence, accelerate transformation and upgrading, and seek development through high quality. 2. External innovation. Lead association enterprises in transformation and upgrading, strive to advance the Jingzhou Laundry Industrial Park project, and drive the high-standard integration of the city's laundry market. 3. Strengthen foundation and upgrade. Care about the difficulties of association enterprises, promptly report encountered problems and difficulties to the government and the parent Federation of Industry and Commerce, build various financing and innovation platforms, help association enterprises strengthen their development beliefs, and consolidate their foundation. 4. Proactively take responsibility. Promote the leading role of CPPCC members, actively integrate into the battlefield of targeted poverty alleviation, and help the government relieve worries. Strengthen environmental self-inspection and correction, and fight the environmental protection battle. Strive to grow and strengthen our own enterprises, absorb more impoverished households into employment within association enterprises, and use our industry advantages to drive industrial poverty alleviation, broaden channels for targeted poverty alleviation, and bring more benefits to impoverished people, so they can feel the warmth of the Party and the country.
