In response to the various challenges faced by enterprises in China's laundry and washing industry during their development, caused by the macroeconomic environment and tightening environmental policies, such as increased operating costs, difficulty in recruiting, high staff turnover, prominent internal conflicts, and even loss of management control—issues that were previously non-existent or not prominent. To help and guide enterprises in establishing mechanisms to address these issues, the "Contractual Management Model" training class, supported by the China Commercial Federation Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee, organized by the Guangdong Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, and co-organized by Guangdong Tiantian Laundry and Shenzhen Zhengzhang Dry Cleaning, held its first advanced class on March 28, 2018, at the Laundry and Dyeing Committee Vocational Skills Training Base of Tiantian Intelligent Laundry Central Factory in Guangzhou. It was a great success and attracted widespread attention from laundry entrepreneurs nationwide. In response to requests from laundry peers across the country, the second advanced "Contractual Management Model" training class will be held on May 6, 2018, at the same training base. We hope that local associations and member enterprise leaders will actively participate. We look forward to meeting again in Guangzhou Huacheng for learning, exchange, and joint discussion on industry development.
I. Training-related services and activities:
1. This course will be taught and guided by senior experts in the laundry industry.
2. The training will last three full days in a closed format: daytime sessions focus on thematic lectures, evenings on sharing practical experience and discussions, with practical exercises to develop specific problem-solving plans.
3. After the course ends, a test will be arranged. Qualified students will receive a "Contractual Management Model Training Completion Certificate" issued by the China Laundry Committee.
4. Related activities: Visits will be arranged to Tiantian Intelligent Central Factory and the experimental enterprise Shenzhen Zhengzhang Dry Cleaning production base of the "Contractual Management Model."
5. After the fourth day of training, based on the needs of the participants, visits will be organized to two representative laundry enterprises in Hong Kong (related exit permits, transportation, and other expenses are self-funded).
6. Guidance service: After graduation, students can consult the professor via a dedicated phone line regarding management model issues, with a guidance period of one year.
II. Training time: May 6–8, 2018 (Please check in and complete registration at the lobby of Crowne Plaza Hotel, Zengcheng, Guangzhou (No. 18 Yanjiang Avenue, Xintang Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province) between 17:00 and 23:00 on May 5).
III. Training location: Training Center, 4th Floor, Administrative Building, Tiantian Laundry, No. 10 Lixin 8th Road, Xiancun Town, Zengcheng, Guangzhou.
IV. Training fees:
(1) Industry association member enterprises: 5500 RMB/person
(2) Non-local industry association member enterprises: 6500 RMB/person
V. Accommodation and meals arrangement:
Hotel accommodation for three days during the training period, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Transportation costs are self-funded.
