Food prices rebounded in late March

The National Bureau of Statistics released the "Average Price Changes of Major Foods in 50 Cities" on April 6, showing that in late March, the prices of 29 major food items showed signs of rebound compared to early and mid-March.
Relevant data shows that in early and mid-March, there were 16 food items with price declines, but in late March, only 10 items declined, with most food prices rising. The top three increases were: domestic bananas up 4.2%, Chinese cabbage up 2.9%, and pasteurized milk up 1.2%. The top three decreases were: cucumbers down 6.3%, rapeseed down 1.70%, and potatoes down 1.1%.
