On November 13, the third member representative conference and the first council meeting of the third session of the Fujian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association were held at Fuzhou West Lake Hotel. A total of 92 representatives attended this member representative conference. 
The attending representatives carefully listened to the work report, financial report, and articles amendment report presented by the second leadership team of the Fujian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, reviewed and voted to approve the reports; the membership fee standards and management methods were approved by anonymous voting. The conference elected and formed a new leadership team of the association, with Weng Guiming elected as president, Liu Jinchai as secretary-general, and Wang Xueguang, Weng Xiuhua, Chen Guoqing, Li Shuping, Shi Zhenzhi, Lin Hongzhi, and other outstanding core enterprise representatives of Fujian laundry and dyeing industry appointed as vice presidents.
President Weng Guiming delivered a speech at the conference, proposing work ideas for the third council. In the future, the association will continue to strengthen construction, actively develop members, and enhance interaction and communication with members; adhere to service-oriented principles, change mindsets, innovate work, promote industry exchange and cooperation, and actively play the role of a bridge and link for the association; establish a training system, carry out professional laundry and dyeing training and information services; actively guide the creation of environmentally friendly laundry industrial parks; set standards, regulate industry behavior and self-discipline, and support enterprise development.
In order to implement the spirit of the Ministry of Commerce and Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce's "Notice on Carrying out Quality Service Activities in the Commercial Service Industry in 2013," strengthen the publicity and promotion of outstanding brands and advanced individuals, and improve the quality and level of industry services, the meeting commended outstanding enterprises and advanced individuals in the laundry and dyeing industry for 2013-2014, awarding 13 enterprises including Fuzhou Hejie Hospital Logistics Service Co., Ltd. the title of "Outstanding Enterprise in Fujian Laundry and Dyeing Industry," 12 individuals including Shi Zhenzhi the title of "Outstanding Manager in Fujian Laundry and Dyeing Industry," and 5 individuals including Wang Xueguang the title of "Outstanding Contributor in Fujian Laundry and Dyeing Industry."
At the meeting, an initiative to sign the "Fujian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Convention" was launched by 13 outstanding enterprises, receiving enthusiastic responses from the attending representatives. The representatives expressed their commitment to abide by the integrity convention in their operations, further strengthen self-discipline awareness, improve service quality, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and businesses, and jointly promote the healthy and orderly development of the laundry and dyeing industry in our province.
