From November 2013 to mid-January 2014, the Dalian Laundry Enterprise Rating Committee, composed of the Dalian Service Industry Committee, Dalian Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Dalian Consumer Association, and Dalian Laundry Industry Association, successfully concluded the rating work for laundry enterprises in our city. This evaluation has opened a new chapter for the laundry industry in our city.
To ensure the standardization and authority of the rating classification, the committee conducts an annual inspection of enterprise ratings each year and a re-evaluation every three years for enterprises that have been rated. Enterprises that fail to meet the "Standard" are ordered to make corrections within a time limit; those still failing to meet the standards by the deadline will have their enterprise rating downgraded or revoked. This measure helps further regulate the business conduct of the laundry industry, improve laundry service quality, ensure fair competition, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and operators, and allows consumers to choose service providers according to their own requirements and conditions, meeting the laundry service needs of different consumer groups.
This successful rating evaluation has opened a new chapter for the laundry industry in Dalian, pushing the industry towards standardization, institutionalization, and normalization. We firmly believe that the future of Dalian's laundry industry will be even better!
According to the "Laundry Industry Rating Classification and Evaluation Standards," a review team led personally by Wang Jidong, Secretary-General of the Dalian Laundry Industry Association, along with Xu Bin from the Service Industry Committee and Deputy Secretary-General Xiu Wei of the Association, conducted undercover visits and evaluations of the participating units. From the participating laundry enterprises, the first batch of 19 star-rated stores was selected. The list is now publicly announced as follows:
Units awarded three stars: Oasis Laundry Taoyuan Store, Silicon Valley Holiday Clothes Original Color Laundry Technology Development Department, Youbang Fumeijia Laundry Store, Elsa Dry Cleaning Chain, Menice Dashancun Store, Menice Fangyun Street Store, Menice Huide Dongyuan Store, Menice Xianglong Nanyuan Store.
Units awarded four stars: Menice Laundry Technology Service Co., Ltd., Cupid Laundry Jinxiu Store, Sanyo Laundry Century Street Store, Elsa Laundry Huanghe Road Store, Ailanjie Cleaning Service Co., Ltd., Funait Yan'an Road Store, Funait Wansui Street Store, Funait Jiefang Road Store, Zhuanghe Daguanming Dry Cleaning.
Units awarded five stars: Dama Washing Co., Ltd., Niji Laundry.
