The Chongqing Laundry and Dyeing Association actively responded to the national high-quality service activities in the laundry and dyeing industry, issued the notice of the "Chongqing Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention," and organized the signing event of the "Chongqing Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention." The Chongqing city activity document is hereby reprinted.

According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Commerce on Carrying out the 2012 High-Quality Service Activities in the Trade and Service Industry" and the spirit of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee's "Notice on Carrying out National High-Quality Service Activities in the Laundry and Dyeing Industry," after research by the association's preparatory group, member enterprises are organized to actively participate in the "Chongqing Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention" activity, inviting all washing enterprises in the industry to jointly participate in this event. The purpose is to enhance the social reputation and integrity of enterprises; to guide enterprises in standardized service during business operations. This aims to regulate industry self-discipline, improve service quality, protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests, and contribute to the healthy and orderly development of our city's laundry and dyeing industry.
This activity is voluntary for enterprises. Once participating, they must implement the specific requirements of the "Service Convention." Enterprises willing to participate should register with the association before the 15th of this month to facilitate the association's supervision of member enterprises' effective implementation of the "Chongqing Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention." At an appropriate time, the association will also organize promotional activities for the signing ceremony.

"Chongqing Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention"
To implement the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and the Laundry and Dyeing Committee on "carrying out high-quality service activities in the trade and service industry," strengthen industry self-discipline, improve service quality, protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests, and promote the healthy and orderly development of our city's laundry and dyeing industry, we solemnly promise to the society to fulfill the following commitments:
1. Comply with relevant national laws and regulations, conscientiously implement industry standards, and consciously accept supervision from relevant departments and the public.
2. Use promotional language that complies with national standards, be truthful and accurate, and avoid using exaggerated, ambiguous, or misleading terms that could confuse customers.
3. Adopt correct washing methods, strictly follow operating procedures, and ensure the quality of washing and service.
4. Use washing equipment and detergents that meet national standards.
5. Care for customers' clothing and ensure the safety of garments.
6. Provide honest service, clearly mark prices, do not mislead consumers, and do not defraud customers.
7. Continuously improve professional washing skills, reduce washing accidents, and properly handle service disputes.
8. Carefully explain clothing washing knowledge, fulfill the obligation to inform, and let customers understand their consumption.
