The Changchun Laundry and Dyeing Association analyzes the changing trends of the laundry and dyeing market and the complex demands of laundry and dyeing consumption, quickly enhancing the technical adaptability of its members. It has established a new technology and new product research and development experimental base centered on the Ge Wang Laundry and Dyeing Group, adopting various methods to transform and apply new achievements, achieving significant results.
Since 2009, the Changchun Laundry and Dyeing Association has repeatedly organized personnel to capture market trend changes, conduct in-depth store and factory questionnaire surveys, and solicit laundry customer demands. It deeply feels the urgency of innovation in laundry and dyeing skill processes, timely teaching and transforming new technological achievements to member units to improve laundry and dyeing adaptability. With the research personnel of Ge Wang Laundry and Dyeing Group as the main body, technical supervisors from vice president units participate in research and development. The successfully tested new technologies, new processes, and new products are disseminated and transformed in various forms, allowing member units to proactively adapt to laundry consumption demands. Over three years, the Changchun Laundry and Dyeing Association and Ge Wang Laundry and Dyeing Group have jointly held three large-scale new technology training sessions, with a total of 1,150 trainees. Each training session was taught and demonstrated on-site by the city association's president and vice president and experts and technical directors from Ge Wang Group, answering questions clearly and thoroughly, earning high praise and great benefits from participants.
To allow remote stores that have not received training to also share new technologies, new processes, and new product achievements, Ge Wang Laundry and Dyeing Group dispatched technical directors and professionals to various stores for teaching and operation, solving difficult problems in laundry services on-site, enabling nearly a hundred stores to enjoy doorstep technology delivery. This has significantly improved laundry and dyeing quality and service standards. The city's laundry and dyeing service dispute complaint rate has greatly decreased, gaining approval from government departments.
