To comprehensively improve the industry level, enhance the work skills and overall cultural quality of enterprise employees, and create a good environment for the development of the entire industry, the Hangzhou Laundry Industry Association held the 2011 Advanced Laundry Technician Training Course in Xiaoshan from August 16 to August 19. More than 30 trainees from the city and other places participated in this training.
Advanced Laundry Technician is a national level 3 vocational skill. Those who pass this training will be awarded the National Vocational Skill Level Certificate (Advanced Laundry Technician). The association's original intention in organizing this training is to actively respond to the government's employment training system; to achieve the transformation of workers from "physical type" to "skill type" through training, especially to make breakthroughs in the access system for technical workers and to implement the policy that key technical positions must be held by certified personnel.
This training lasted four days and included courses such as professional ethics, basic knowledge, washing, leather care, and ironing. Experienced senior teachers with rich industry experience were invited to teach the trainees. During the training, instructors combined their mature practical experience and rich theoretical knowledge to explain theoretical knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner, integrating theory with practical operation. This enabled trainees to make significant progress in the systematic and broad aspects of theoretical knowledge and greatly improved the standardization and efficiency of practical operations.
This training also received full guidance from the Hangzhou Labor Vocational Skill Appraisal Center. The center dispatched experienced full-time staff to carefully guide and supervise the entire process, ensuring that the training and examination presented a high standard of professional quality.
