Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association Holds Stain Removal Technology Demonstration and Exchange Meeting

On October 20, 2010, the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association held a clothing stain removal technology and training on-site demonstration exchange meeting. The exchange meeting attracted more than 80 trainees from various places to participate in the training. The atmosphere on site was enthusiastic, and the training results were gratifying.
On the morning of the 20th, the exchange meeting solemnly invited two experts from Beijing, Li Zhongyu and Lv Chunyan, who have been engaged in the laundry and dyeing industry for many years, to conduct training for the trainees. Secretary-General Wang Jidong also presented a lecturer appointment certificate from the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Training Center to Teacher Li Zhongyu on site, hoping that he could come more often to conduct training and guide the improvement of the technical level of Dalian laundry practitioners.
Subsequently, the training officially began. Teacher Lv Chunyan taught the trainees how to prevent laundry accidents. She gave illustrated explanations on fabric identification, stain recognition, and how to use chemicals appropriately. During the explanation, she also answered the trainees' stain removal problems encountered on site in combination with the course content.
In the afternoon, Teacher Li Zhongyu gave a lecture on stain removal technology and the application of chemicals. In class, to improve the trainees' learning effect, Teacher Li used a quiz with prizes. Small gifts were given to each trainee who answered questions correctly. The flexible teaching method greatly increased the trainees' enthusiasm for answering questions. In three hours, the trainees quickly mastered the methods of stain removal and the essentials of chemical application.
To improve the training effect, the Dalian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association also specially set up an expert on-site problem-solving session. In this session, trainees could bring difficult clothing problems encountered in production for the teachers to handle and explain on site. A young man from a laundry shop said after his clothes were treated: If the training had been earlier, I wouldn't have had to accompany customers to spend thousands of yuan because the stain couldn't be removed.
At 5 p.m., the exchange meeting ended. The training method combining theory and practice was unanimously praised by the trainees. Many trainees feedback that they are grateful to the association for giving them a rare learning opportunity. Only by learning more and communicating more can accidents be reduced, disputes and losses minimized. They hope the association can hold more such activities in the future, and they will definitely attend.
