The 2nd Member Representative Conference and the 1st Session of the 2nd Council of Hebei Laundry Industry Association was held on April 17, 2010 at the International Conference Hall of Hebei Sunshine Building in Shijiazhuang.

According to the regulations of the management measures for non-governmental organizations and the articles of association, the conference reviewed and approved the "Work Report of the 1st Council", "Financial Work Report of the 1st Council", "Management Measures of Hebei Laundry Industry Association", "Explanation of Articles of Association Amendments", and "Election Methods and Plans for the 2nd Council" in accordance with procedures. Seventy directors and thirty-six executive directors of the 2nd Council were lawfully elected.

The meeting was presided over by Zhao Longqing, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the 1st Council. The newly appointed President Comrade Miao Junjie made a statement. Hao Zhenyu, Executive Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce (Economic Group Federation), the business supervisory unit of the association, and Liu Huilou from the Provincial Department of Commerce, the industry supervisory unit, attended the conference and delivered speeches. By noon, all agenda items were successfully completed, and the conference concluded successfully amid a warm atmosphere.
