Chen Aihua has been with Zhengzhang since 1996, known for honesty, responsibility, and overcoming difficulties. From an ordinary worker to the factory's technical director, she began serving as the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Laundry Industry Association in 2020. She has received the State Council Special Allowance, National Technical Expert, and National Model Worker awards. During the pandemic, she was on the front lines and received multiple advanced commendations for epidemic prevention.
The Shanghai Laundry Industry Association was established in 1988. It currently has 1 president, 9 vice presidents, 1 secretary-general, and 34 council members. It has 107 group members, with its office located at Room 322, No. 107 Fuzhou Road. The association has a secretariat to handle daily work, four specialized committees, and a team of experts with over 20 years of experience. Its main tasks include laundry accident appraisal, intermediary services, self-regulation, business guidance, technical training, information dissemination, industry statistics, exchange and learning, and consulting services for the Shanghai laundry industry.
