Relevant enterprises in the washing and dyeing industry, member units, and local washing and dyeing industry associations:
To earnestly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on production safety and the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, promote the effective implementation of the "Fifteen Hard Measures for Production Safety," and effectively carry out production safety work, the Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce issues an initiative to colleagues in the national washing and dyeing industry:
1. Firmly Establish the Concept of Safe Development
Relevant enterprises in the washing and dyeing industry should organize in-depth study and implementation of important decisions and requirements on production safety, earnestly practice the development concept of "people first, life first, safety first," strengthen safety production knowledge training, improve enterprise safety production conditions, and comprehensively enhance the safety awareness of enterprises and employees.
2. Fully Fulfill Production Safety Responsibilities
Legal representatives and main responsible persons of relevant enterprises in the washing and dyeing industry must earnestly fulfill the main responsibility for production safety, and conscientiously ensure production safety with a strong sense of political and social responsibility. They are fully responsible for the safety of all production processes within their units (such as equipment operation, chemical storage, vehicle transportation, boilers, and other special facilities). They must take "zero accidents, zero casualties" as the bottom line and goal for ensuring enterprise safety development, and take the lead in implementing all production safety laws, regulations, and related rules.
3. Fully Implement Production Safety Work Measures
Relevant enterprises in the washing and dyeing industry should improve safety production rules and regulations, ensure safety production facilities, and enhance enterprise safety production conditions; implement safety risk control and hidden danger investigation mechanisms covering all personnel, all aspects, and the entire process; regularly conduct production safety assessments; strengthen the assessment of the implementation of safety production systems by all personnel; promote the construction of standardized safety production; ensure enterprise safety and stability; and resolutely prevent and curb accidents.
Safety is above all, and responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai. The Washing and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce hopes to work hand in hand with industry colleagues to jointly provide a solid safety guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the washing and dyeing industry, and to welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions.
