More than 60 industry leaders and experts from over 10 provinces and cities including Hebei, Hubei, Hunan, Tianjin, Fujian, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Beijing, Guangdong, and Anhui participated together.
This study tour for leaders is dedicated to visiting enterprises to observe and listen to excellent management and operational experiences in household clothing washing, while inspiring each participating enterprise for future operations.
At the opening ceremony in Hefei, Director Pan Wei of the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce delivered a speech and presented certificates to some leaders who were successfully admitted as the third cohort of the "Outstanding Enterprises in China's Laundry and Dyeing Industry Study Tour for Leaders."

During the study activities, participants saw the Yibeijie central laundry factory in Hefei with an ultra-high efficiency of 300 pieces per person, and comprehensively learned Yibeijie's franchise distribution management system and marketing methods accumulated over the years; the intelligent laundry factory of Zhejiang Ailan Clean in Jinhua, with unmanned self-service stores and a fully ecological management and operation model; and the Yierjie central laundry factory in Fuzhou, which pursues high-quality washing with an annual accident rate as low as 0.012‰. They gained deep understanding of the operational systems of these three laundry enterprises. Combined with carefully arranged courses at each stop and the unique high-quality private board meetings of the study tour, through in-depth analysis and joint discussion of key issues faced by enterprises by instructors, participants, and accompanying coaches, participants achieved unique study gains, moving from listening to reflection, from being taught to interaction, from surface to essence, transforming learning content into their own cognitive improvement.

The courses in the three locations were tightly scheduled with rich information and each had its own focus. The Hefei event invited Wu Yunhong, Chairman of Anhui Yibeijie Industrial Co., Ltd., General Manager Zhang Tianchun, education and training experts from China General Chamber of Commerce, consultant from Cuiwei Department Store, and Japanese business dynamics research and analysis expert Pan Yuming to deliver courses on laundry chain store operation model design and management, efficient management practices of central laundry factories, and digital and integrated development of the Japanese laundry industry.

At the Zhejiang Jinhua station completed by Ailan Clean, Cao Xiaobin, Chairman of Quanjiafu Group, and his senior management team including Vice General Manager Cao Yuansheng, Financial Director Huang Yongjuan, General Manager of Ailan Clean Tang Ping, and Regional Manager Fang Lijuan shared in-depth on topics such as laundry company operation construction, service concepts and communication skills, proper handling of customer complaints, wage and performance management models, and new generation talent's understanding and views of the industry. Additionally, the course specially invited Chinese laundry industry expert and former General Manager of Shenzhen Zhengzhang, Meng Shaokai, to deliver the course "Laundry Industry Development Strategy in the Era of Reform and Innovation."

The final stop, Fuzhou station, featured courses by Yierjie Technical Director Qi Datong, Technical General Manager Xiao Jianmei, and Technical Manager Cai Qingbei on how to build a high-quality and effective laundry enterprise team, achieve low rewash and accident rates through scientific process design, and safe washing and maintenance methods for different types of clothing. Additionally, the founder and CEO of Dajingxi, Zhang Guoqing, and the founder of Hao Gan Jing Laundry, Sheng Lei, were invited to share insights on laundry industry development trends from an internet thinking perspective and practical laundry factory and process design.

After the courses ended, many participants reflected that although they initially thought the seven-day, six-night study tour was somewhat long, the actual study process was so fulfilling that they wished it could have lasted longer. They gave the organizers and co-organizers satisfaction ratings that exceeded expectations throughout the event, stating that the study gains were multidimensional, rich, and practical. The enterprises visited shared openly and generously, truly pointing the way and direction for their own enterprises in business management, strengthening their confidence in future enterprise development. They also hoped that after the brief study tour, all participants would carefully review and summarize the course content, apply what they learned and felt to their own enterprise operations, and truly achieve the study theme of "Reshaping Management Thinking, Helping Enterprises Improve."
