Issuance of a new batch of skill assessor certificates for the trade and service industry

On November 17, 2023, the "5th National Vocational Education Work Conference and Evaluator Training Class for the Commercial Service Industry," hosted by the China General Chamber of Commerce and co-organized by the China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee, was successfully held in Guangzhou. Nearly 150 people from the laundry and dyeing industry participated in this commercial service industry skills evaluator training. Certificates and badges for evaluators who passed the assessment have been issued recently.
Evaluation work is the core of vocational skill assessment. Building the evaluation team is one of the key points of vocational skill assessment work and a necessary condition to promote the standardized management of vocational skill certification in the laundry and dyeing industry. The China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry and Dyeing Committee has always attached great importance to the construction of the evaluator team in the laundry and dyeing industry. It hopes that qualified evaluators can effectively play a standardized role in industry skill certification during daily evaluation work, promote the systematic and professional cultivation and certification of skilled talents in the industry, and contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of China's laundry and dyeing industry.
Currently, the China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry and Dyeing Committee is authorized to undertake training and evaluation for projects including laundry workers, leather care specialists, menders, luxury goods appraisers (leather and luggage categories), store managers (laundry and dyeing industry), garment care specialists, equipment maintenance technicians, laundry and dyeing industry managers, leather care professional managers, and public textile care specialists. Those who pass the assessments are awarded corresponding certificates by the China General Chamber of Commerce. The Laundry and Dyeing Committee works closely with industry associations and enterprises, continuously striving to cultivate industry talent and improve practitioners' skill levels.
