On August 1st, the 3rd China Laundry Industry Internet Conference and Digital Innovation Conference was successfully held in Shanghai. This conference was hosted by the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce, co-organized by the 2024 China Laundry Exhibition, Jingxiaofu Technology Service Co., Ltd., Shanghai Laundry Industry Association, and Sichuan Laundry Industry Association, and supported by Shanghai Weishi, Zhejiang Ailan Clean, Shenzhen Purui, Hulunbuir Feixiang, Changsha Nanwei, Zhejiang Yalan, Dazhi Group, Shanghai Chunchun, Jiangsu Haishi, Beijing Yousa, Shanghai Yitai IoT, Chongqing Xizhilang, Shanghai Chuandao, Guangdong Wandu, Beijing Riguang, Xinyuan Medical Textile, Shandong Laise, Ecolab Textile Care Department, Zhengzhou Junping, Zhengzhou Feiying, Beijing Funait, Jiangsu Ziranfeng, Shanghai Jingxi, Rongchang Yaohua, Shanghai Shicao, Beijing Brilin, Shaanxi Jinhe, Yijia Technology, Meituan, Shanghai Shenjieda, Shanghai Clean, and other units.
The conference was hosted by Feng Jinna, Secretary-General of the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce. More than 400 industry professionals attended the event, including Zhang Lijun, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China General Chamber of Commerce; Pan Wei, Director of the Laundry Professional Committee; Zhu Lijun, Director of the Expert Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce and General Manager of Beijing Funait Laundry Co., Ltd.; Li Jinxuan, President of the Shanghai Laundry Industry Association; as well as deputy directors, experts, leaders of laundry industry associations from across the country, partners, and industry colleagues, all gathering to celebrate the grand event.
Opening Speech
Zhang Lijun, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China General Chamber of Commerce, delivered the opening speech first. She congratulated the grand opening of the conference. She pointed out that technological development has profoundly changed consumer concepts, habits, and the landscape of the laundry industry, bringing new opportunities for business operations. Especially, digital technology and AI technology have injected vitality into the development of the laundry industry. Industry colleagues should deeply understand changes in consumer demand, identify and study customer consumption needs, determine which digital technologies and application levels to use, create new quality productivity, expand service scope, improve service processes, and meet customer requirements through inherited service methods, to make the industry better, bigger, and stronger.
Li Jinxuan, President of the Shanghai Laundry Industry Association, also delivered a speech. On behalf of the Shanghai Laundry Industry Association, he welcomed and thanked the guests who came from afar. He stated that with the country accelerating the development of new quality productivity, promoting digital transformation and the application of intelligent manufacturing equipment, the laundry industry is once again at a new historical starting point. Laundry enterprises must dare to break through traditional thinking and actively embrace new technologies and models to remain invincible in fierce market competition. He also called on industry operators to comply with laws, regulations, and industry rules, operate legally, and properly handle consumer complaints. Let digital transformation become a new starting point and new driving force, working together to create a better future and contribute to the healthy development of the laundry industry.

Keynote Speeches
The keynote speeches covered multiple perspectives including medical laundry, hotel laundry, laundry equipment, smart linen, and industry digital transformation. They elaborated on the current digital practice and exploration of their respective enterprises, providing multi-dimensional insights and sharing experiences for more public laundry enterprises in digital transformation, from hardware preparation to software support.
Zheng Yongxiang, Chairman of Shanghai Jingxi Medical Textile Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Digital Transformation of Medical Textile Laundry and Disinfection Enterprises".
Zhu Liangzhou, Assistant General Manager of Zhejiang Yalan Laundry Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Yalan's Digital Innovation Journey".
Liao Ming, Senior Operations Consultant of Shanghai Weishi Machinery Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Continuous Innovation, Comprehensive Upgrade—Weishi Leading a New Era of Laundry".
Fan Qi, Product Director of Shenzhen Purui Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Purui Cloud® Smart Linen—A Digital Intelligence Empowerment Platform for the Laundry Industry".
Ren Jie, CEO of Shanghai Chunchun Laundry Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Survival Opportunities Brought by Digital Transformation".

High-Level Dialogue
The high-level dialogue session was hosted by Guo Jidong, President of the Beijing Laundry Industry Association. Five dialogue guests including Huang Liping, Chairman of Shaanxi Jinhe Laundry Company; Li Wanshou, Chairman and Party Branch Secretary of Guangdong Wandu Technology Group Co., Ltd.; Yuan Zhaohang, General Manager of Shanghai Yitai IoT Technology Co., Ltd.; Liu Xiangfu, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Shicao Laundry Co., Ltd.; and Kang Lihong, General Manager of Xinyuan Medical Textile (Sanhe) Laundry Technology Co., Ltd., exchanged ideas and insights on topics such as development exploration paths of laundry enterprises under digital intelligence influence, key factors for successful shared linen operation, internet technology and medical fabric laundry, and intelligent management of medical laundry. They shared relevant exploration and practical experience on digital transformation in the public laundry field.

Starting from the digital development stages of China's laundry industry, he analyzed the current status of industry digital development and looked forward to the future of industry digital development, providing an inspiring and excellent opening for the Daily Clothing Digital Innovation Forum.

The keynote speeches presented the current status and development paths of digital operation and management system construction in the field of daily clothing laundry care through platform building and operation management practices in their respective enterprises in the internet laundry field.
Wang Juan, Service + Operations Director of JD, delivered a speech titled "Digital Empowerment for a New Journey in Laundry Development".
Cao Xiaobin, Chairman of Quanjiafu Group, delivered a speech titled "Analysis of Internet Laundry Factory Construction and Management Issues".
Yang Jing, Assistant to the Chairman of Guangdong Wandu Technology Group, delivered a speech titled "2024 Laundry Industry—How to Digitally Transform".

High-Level Dialogue
The dialogue session was hosted by Yang Jun, brand founder of Hunan Xixi Li Modern Life Service Co., Ltd. Lu Rong, founder of Chongqing Xizhilang Laundry Service Co., Ltd., Guo Suchuan, Managing Director of Brilin Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Li Yang, General Manager of JD Service+, and Xu Gendi, General Manager of Beijing Yousa Washing Equipment Co., Ltd., discussed new trends in life clothing washing and dyeing under digital influence, high-end washing and care brands and internet technology, customer demands and operational innovations in laundry under digital influence, and the indispensable technology and service quality in the washing and dyeing industry. They analyzed how the life clothing sector can adapt to the demands of the times amid the booming digital development, effectively improving washing quality and innovating services.
After the wonderful speeches and dialogue content, the conference awarded commemorative plaques to the forum's outstanding speakers, distinguished dialogue guests, and charming hosts.
2024 Shoes & Clothing Care Festival Brand Debut
After the forum, the launch ceremony and brand debut of the first China Washing and Dyeing Industry Care Consumption Festival series event - 2024 Shoes & Clothing Care Festival officially kicked off. The event was hosted by Ms. Chen Qian, Director of the China Business Federation Washing and Dyeing Committee Office, and Mr. Guan Mingsong, General Manager of Rongrong Laundry Company. On site, attending guests and over a hundred brand representatives jointly witnessed this grand industry event.
Since the event began its call for participation, it has received strong support and active involvement from outstanding washing and dyeing industry associations and enterprises across the country, attracting more than 160 brands from the washing and dyeing industry and life service sectors, with nearly ten thousand laundry stores actively participating.

And the 2024 Shoes & Clothing Care Festival Launch Ceremony
On the evening of August 1st, the launch ceremony of the first China Washing and Dyeing Industry Care Consumption Festival series event -- 2024 Shoes & Clothing Care Festival was successfully held. Mr. Xin Yubo, Deputy Director of the China Business Federation Washing and Dyeing Committee and Director of the Leather Office, served as guest host. Witnessed by Vice President Zhang Lijun of the China Business Federation, Director Pan Wei of the Washing and Dyeing Committee, and representatives of related co-organizing units, the 2024 Shoes & Clothing Care Festival was officially launched.
In the following August to September, we will showcase the latest achievements of the washing and dyeing industry through a series of colorful activities, promote environmentally friendly and healthy care concepts, facilitate communication and cooperation among brands, and most importantly, bring real discounts and convenience to consumers, deeply embedding the concept of "Professional Shoes and Clothing Care, Exquisite and Beautiful Life."
During the subsequent "Washing and Dyeing Family" exchange evening, everyone enthusiastically communicated and discussed industry development.
On August 3rd, participants will also be organized to visit outstanding washing and dyeing enterprises in Shanghai. This aims to build communication bridges and exchange platforms for colleagues in the national care industry, jointly promote healthy industry development, and better respond to future challenges and opportunities.
