The health of employees is also what Zou Junjie values and cares about most. To minimize the channels of epidemic transmission, the company provides each employee with protective supplies such as one-piece protective suits, isolation gowns, medical masks, disinfectant gloves, and hats; twice daily spraying of 84 disinfectant in the factory and workshop; encouraging employees to temporarily live on-site; mandatory temperature checks when entering and exiting the factory; prohibiting entry of anyone with fever or cough; arranging staggered meal times for employees; implementing daily and zero-reporting epidemic systems... Zou Junjie said that these days, whenever hospitals need even just dozens of pieces of clothing, the company delivers them by special vehicle. Behind this is a considerable transportation cost. For example, transporting to Xianning costs the company over a thousand yuan each time, while the washing fee per piece of textile is at most three yuan. Each shipment bears a huge economic cost. Not only ignoring costs, but also using all resources to help places in need: the grassroots of the development zone needed one ton of disinfectant, and the company donated from its warehouse stock; community workers lacked thermometers, and the company purchased and brought them back from Wuhan...
