Notice on the Review of National Referee Registration Certificates

Local laundry and dyeing industry associations (chambers of commerce), member units of the laundry and dyeing professional committee, and national referees of the laundry and dyeing industry:
According to the relevant provisions in the "National Vocational Skills Competition Referee Management Measures," which require a biennial review and registration of referee certificates, combined with the organization of skill competitions in the laundry and dyeing industry, the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce will soon begin the referee review and registration work. The newly issued certificates will be reissued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (the original certificates will expire in June 2015).
Upon receiving this notice, all referees are expected to attach great importance, actively cooperate, and complete the referee review and registration work as required. The specific requirements are hereby notified as follows:
1. Conditions and requirements for review and registration
1. Referees holding the national vocational skills competition referee certificate and certificate card
2. Participated in the refereeing work of vocational skills competitions in 2013 and 2014;
3. Submit relevant materials to the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce on time. After preliminary review and approval, materials will be uniformly submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for review and registration. (Referees who fail to submit materials on time to complete registration will have their national vocational skills competition referee certificate cards invalidated.)
2. Materials required for review and registration:
1. Original national vocational skills competition referee certificate and certificate card;
2. One printed copy and one electronic copy of the "National Vocational Skills Competition Referee Review Application Form" (see attachment, no photo needed on the form);
3. Three recent bareheaded 2-inch color photos and one 1-inch color photo.
3. Review and registration fees
A processing fee of 80 yuan will be charged.
4. Submission deadline for materials:
Required materials and fees must be delivered to the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce before April 1, 2015.
