Washing Instructions:
Do not wash with water, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry, professional dry cleaning only
Accident Phenomenon:
After washing with water, the filling shrinks, causing the garment to deform overall.
Accident Analysis:
The filling of this garment is wool, camel down, and camel hair. After washing with water (especially in a washing machine), felting and shrinkage problems occur.
Difficulty of Treatment:
When garments containing wool, silk, and other fillings shrink, the fabric can be restored by stretching and ironing. If the filling is severely felted, the garment needs to be opened, the filling removed for restoration, and if restoration is not possible, new filling must be purchased and replaced. The process is complicated and difficult.
Warning Level: Blue Warning
According to the label, this garment requires dry cleaning. Since it is made of polyester fabric, it is suitable for dry cleaning with distilled perchloroethylene. Petroleum dry cleaning is not recommended, as it may leave marks on the fabric surface after dry cleaning. If washed with water, a neutral detergent and cold quick wash should be used, but the risk is high.
