Does everyone still remember the scene at the 2013 China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Summit Forum? A "big boy" only 1.2 meters tall came into people's view. During the intermission, Chinese and foreign guests went on stage to interact and take photos. At this moment, this "big boy" nervously and cautiously asked Pan Wei, Secretary-General of the China Commercial Laundry and Dyeing Committee: "Could you take a photo with me?" Secretary-General Pan Wei knelt on one knee beside Hou Yinhui, creating this wonderful moment.

It was Hou Yinhui's first time representing Inner Mongolia and Ningxia at a high-level international laundry and dyeing industry summit. The short man's mood was extremely proud. During the group photo at the conference, Mr. Yuan from Ruili voluntarily gave up his front-row seat for him, and Secretary-General Yang from the Sichuan Association helped him to his seat. This "kneel" gave dignity and understanding to this short man, and also reflected Hou Yinhui's confidence, self-respect, independence, and self-reliance!

A man 1.2 meters tall, a man not easily noticed in a crowd, a man who cannot get on a bus, ticket window, stairs, or chair without assistance, yet has the spirit of steel toughness, is a man standing tall and proud, a pride and model of China's laundry and dyeing industry. A man moving toward his goal in his heart, the whole world will make way for him. Facing a fate that was unfair to him, this short man did not blame heaven or the world, did not become cynical, did not lament his bad luck or the harshness of the world; instead, he persevered, was unyielding, worked hard, and became a tall and proud "big man."

Later it was learned that Hou Yinhui, who is only as tall as a seven or eight-year-old child, strives for excellence in his work. Not only did he support a family through his own efforts, raising his mother and younger brother, but he also built a business—the Big Man Leather Care Center—trained dozens of apprentices, and opened franchise stores in Beijing. Facing these fruitful achievements, Hou Yinhui said, "Only by burying your head in work today can you hold your head up tomorrow." His experience has given us deep reflection and inspired thousands of practitioners.

In addition, Hou Yinhui is a versatile person. He has a keen interest in poetry and music, and these colors of life have accompanied him through difficulties and filled the dissatisfaction in his life.
Wei Tongming, President of the Ningxia Laundry and Dyeing Association, said: "All we can do is provide some laundry and dyeing supplies he needs for free and publicize Hou Yinhui's deeds in the media. He is our true role model. Seeing him, we have no reason for our lives to be unfulfilled."
Thirty-nine-year-old Hou Yinhui has walked a rugged and bumpy road. After entering the laundry and dyeing industry, he has gone through eight years of ups and downs and gained recognition from society and the industry. Hou Yinhui shouts to more disabled friends: Stand up! Walk toward the sun!
