On February 21, the industry standard review meeting for "O2O Service Process and Specifications in the Laundry and Dyeing Industry," proposed and initiated by the China Laundry Committee, was held at the Ministry of Commerce. Attendees included Chen Yong, Director of the Service Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce; Pan Wei, Director of the China Laundry Committee; Lu Zhiji, President of Guangdong Laundry and Dyeing Association; Wang Xueren, Director of the Laundry Special Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce; Zeng Yi, Deputy Director of the Service Standardization Research Institute of the Standardization Research Institute; Xu Fajiang, Manager of Funait; Li Linli, Assistant to the President of Ilsa; Liu Shuai, General Manager of New Xiangxingyuan; Dong Bowen, CEO of Yiwenhui Technology Company; Liu Mengyuan, CEO of Beijing Yiersan; Zheng Xiaojuan, General Manager of Yunwei Technology; Cui Yan, Manager of Rongrong Laundry; Feng Jinna, Secretary-General of the Laundry Label Committee; Chen Qian, Deputy Secretary-General; and Cheng Xi, Project Director of Tiantian Laundry.
The meeting was chaired by Director Pan. During his speech, Director Chen Yong expressed that the Ministry of Commerce attaches great importance to industry development and fully recognizes the efforts made by the China Laundry Committee and the Laundry Label Committee in promoting industry standardization. He also put forward new requirements for the formulation and revision of standards.
At the meeting, the expert group listened to the "Compilation Explanation" report from the drafting working group, elected Director Wang Xueren as the head of the review group, who then organized the review. The experts conducted a chapter-by-chapter and article-by-article review of the standard's content and proposed amendments. The meeting concluded that the submitted materials for the standard review were complete, the drafting process extensively solicited industry opinions, the content is practical, and it has reached an advanced domestic level. The standard was approved. The review group requested the drafting working group to improve the approval draft and related materials as required and complete the approval procedures with the Ministry of Commerce.
The "O2O Service Process and Specifications in the Laundry and Dyeing Industry" was jointly drafted by the China Laundry Committee, Tiantian Laundry, Rongchang Yaohua, Shanghai Taidi, and Shandong Duola Company. This standard specifies the terminology definitions, service requirements, transaction requirements, information security requirements, operation processes, transportation requirements, service disputes, quality requirements, and other content related to O2O services in the laundry and dyeing industry. This standard is the first to explicitly define e-commerce behavior in the laundry and dyeing industry in the form of an industry standard, providing a technical basis for regulating China's laundry service market, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of laundry service enterprises and consumers, and clarifying the needs and responsibilities of both parties.
