In order to implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress and further strengthen the talent team construction in the laundry industry, focusing on cultivating a group of talents with rich professional knowledge, excellent business skills, and solid work style, Qingdao Jieshen Laundry Company, based on actual conditions, has implemented a "Mentor-Apprentice" system company-wide. On December 5th, the signing ceremony for mentors and apprentices of Jieshen Laundry Company was grandly held at the Jieshen Grand Hotel. Secretary-General Quan Limin of the Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association presided over the ceremony, and General Manager Sun Weipeng of the laundry company was invited to attend.
At the ceremony, Secretary-General Quan first introduced the purpose and implementation methods of the "Mentor-Apprentice" system and announced the list of the first batch of masters and apprentices. All the first batch of masters are top talents who won the top three in the national vocational skills competition, and the apprentices are also outstanding employees who excel in their positions and are diligent and progressive. Witnessed by leaders at all levels and company colleagues, carrying a sacred mission and beautiful expectations, the masters and apprentices signed an agreement that in future work, the masters will wholeheartedly impart their laundry skills to the apprentices. Masters and apprentices can also jointly explore new industry topics, new laundry technologies, draft relevant national standards, local standards, and industry standards. In addition, at the end of each year, each master-apprentice group will be evaluated based on their scientific research achievements throughout the year, and outstanding master-apprentice pairs will be given certain material rewards.
