1. On December 4, Shanghai Weishi (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) high-end complete laundry equipment manufacturing project officially settled in Wujin National High-tech Zone. From the 5th to the 7th, the first technical training exchange meeting was held.
2. On December 6, Pan Wei, Director of the China Laundry Committee, Feng Jinna, full-time Deputy Secretary-General, and Zheng Xiaojuan, Executive Editor-in-Chief of "China Laundry" magazine, met in Beijing with Matsunaga Hiroshi, President of jc-resonance Co., Ltd., organizer of the Japan Laundry & Self-service Laundry Exhibition, Project Director Kobe Taku, and China Representative Lin Bang. Both sides reached cooperation intentions on inspection exchanges, exhibition cooperation, and journal communication.
3. On December 6, the Guangdong Laundry Association and Guangzhou Laundry and Washing Industry Association held the second council meeting of 2018.
4. On the afternoon of December 9, more than 1,000 units of 25-kilogram large washing machines produced by Shandong Little Duck Group (member of the China Laundry Committee) were presented by the central government to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as a commemorative gift for the 60th anniversary of its establishment.
5. On December 11, the Shanghai Laundry Industry Association (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) "Shanghai High-skilled Talent Training Base" awarding ceremony was held at the Shanghai Kabo (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) Industrial Park.
6. On December 14, the first fifth member representative conference of the Fujian Laundry Industry Chamber of Commerce was held at Haihuan Laundry (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee).
7. On December 15, Shanghai Lanmei Machinery Equipment Company (member of the China Laundry Committee) held a laundry technology exchange meeting in Baoding, Hebei.
8. On December 17, media such as The Beijing News reported articles like "Reporter Undercover in Jiangxi Tertiary Hospital Laundry Factory: Blood-stained Sheets and Surgical Gowns Washed Together Causing Contamination" and "Reporter Undercover Reveals Chaos in Hospital Laundry Factory," which caused a great response inside and outside the industry.
9. On December 18, the Fujian Laundry Industry Association held its fourth member representative conference, electing a new leadership team with Weng Guimin as president and Chen Jingjing as secretary-general.
10. On December 18, the Medical Textile Office of the China Laundry Committee held an expanded (telephone) meeting of the director, reiterating operational management standards. Leaders of the Medical Textile Office and representatives from laundry enterprises in multiple provinces and cities totaling 25 people attended.
11. On December 19, the Qingdao Laundry Industry Association (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) held the fifth member conference, electing a new leadership team: Xu Qin Zhu as president, Liu Xiaojing as secretary-general, and Sun Shanjia as honorary president.
12. On December 19, the Shanghai Laundry Industry Association (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) held the 12th meeting of the 7th president's work conference.
13. On December 21, the 5th (re-election) member conference of the 4th Guangdong Laundry Industry Association and the 3rd (re-election) member conference of the 2nd Guangzhou Laundry and Washing Industry Association were grandly held in Guangzhou. Lu Zhiji was elected president of the Guangdong Laundry Industry Association, and Liao Zhiwen was elected president of the Guangzhou Laundry and Washing Industry Association.
14. On December 26, the Retired Military Personnel Training and Guidance Center of the Laundry Industry held its founding meeting in Tianjin. Pan Wei, Director of the China Laundry Committee, awarded the guidance center and exchanged views on the 2019 work plan with Chen Qijun, President of the Tianjin Laundry Association.
15. On December 27, Pan Wei, Director of the China Laundry Committee, and Feng Jinna, full-time Deputy Secretary-General, visited the Hebei Provincial Commercial Federation and held discussions with Cao Runting, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General, and Li Guiliang, Vice President and Director of the Laundry Committee, and inspected the Shijiazhuang Laundry Industrial Park.
16. On December 28, the Shandong Laundry Industry Association held the first second member conference and the award ceremony and dinner for the "40 Years of Reform and Opening Up: Striving Laundry Workers" selection activity.
17. On December 28, the China Laundry Committee and Zhonghuan United (Beijing) Certification Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement on environmental label certification for the laundry industry.
18. On December 28, Shanghai Hangxing Machinery Group (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) held the 2018-2019 New Year's Eve party.
