22 laundries received the first batch of "Standardized Laundry Stores in the Washing and Dyeing Industry" titles

The evaluation of "Standardized Laundry Stores in the Washing and Dyeing Industry" aims to implement the two standards promulgated last year: "Dalian City Washing and Dyeing Industry Service Technical Specifications" and "Dalian City Washing and Dyeing Industry Classification and Evaluation Specifications." The standard for this standardization evaluation is the minimum standard for laundry stores operating in Dalian City. The requirements for this standardized store evaluation are: having a legal business license, professional dry cleaning equipment, ironing equipment, and employees who have undergone formal training and hold professional qualification certificates.
The evaluation application period lasted one month, with more than 50 laundry stores from various districts and counties of Dalian City participating. Based on the applications, the Dalian City Washing and Dyeing Industry Association formed an evaluation team to conduct on-site assessments at each store. Finally, according to the evaluation standards, 22 "Standardized Laundry Stores" were selected as follows:
Dalian Sanyo Laundry Century Street Store (No. 2012011), Niji Textile and Leather Care Workshop (No. 2012012), Cupid Laundry Development Zone Store (No. 2012013), Funait Laundry Gorky Road Store (No. 2012014), Yiben Color Laundry Huale Store (No. 2012015), Ailan Clean Laundry May Day Store (No. 2012016), Fumeijia Laundry Xinhua Oasis Store (No. 2012017), Zhuanghe Daguangming Laundry Store (No. 2012018), Dama Laundry Wusi Square Store (No. 2012019), Yiben Color Laundry Silicon Valley Holiday Store (No. 2012020), Shangri-La Laundry Store (No. 2012021), Pulandian Hengtai Laundry Store (No. 2012022), Pulandian Tangren Laundry Store (No. 2012023), Cupid Laundry Jinxiu Store (No. 2012024), Funait Laundry Jiefang Road Store (No. 2012025), Funait Laundry Wansui Street Store (No. 2012026), Funait Laundry Yan'an Road Store (No. 2012027), Meinisi Laundry Weimei Style Store (No. 2012028), Meinisi Laundry Club (No. 2012030), Yiersa Laundry Wanda Huafu Store (No. 2012031), Oasis Laundry Xiuyue Store (No. 2012032), Riyang Jiuhe Dry Cleaning Xinghai Store (No. 2012033).
During this evaluation process, the evaluation team conducted assessments based on the actual conditions of the participating stores. The evaluation found some issues in certain laundry stores: outdated exterior signage, poor attitude of service staff, poor hygiene conditions, and low utilization of machinery and equipment. Continuous improvement is needed.
The Dalian City Washing and Dyeing Industry Association will continue to conduct standardized evaluations of laundry stores according to the standards. Only those with the "Standardized Laundry Store in the Washing and Dyeing Industry" qualification can participate in the star-level store evaluations. No evaluation fees are charged for standardized laundry stores. Laundry stores can apply on their own; those meeting the standards will be selected and awarded plaques.
