1. From September 4 to 17, the China Laundry Committee will conduct research on data statistics and price information statistics in the laundry and dyeing industry.
2. From September 12 to 14, the 3rd International Self-Service Laundry Exhibition and the 2nd Clean Business Forum were held in Tokyo, Japan. The China Laundry Committee was invited to attend and gave a speech titled "Rapidly Developing Chinese Laundry Industry" which was well received; Guangdong Xinzhilian (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) sent representatives to participate in related activities and promote the laundry exhibition to be held in Shanghai in September 2019.
3. On September 16, Fujian Haihuan Laundry Service Co., Ltd. (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) Gongfang Laundry Factory began trial operation. The factory covers 4,500 square meters and currently has two sets of laundry dragons and one integrated laundry system in operation.
4. On September 17, the National Commercial Science and Technology Quality Conference was held at the Great Hall of the People, recognizing the winners of the 2016 and 2017 National Commercial Science and Technology Progress Awards. Among them, the laundry industry winners included Guangdong Tiantian (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee), Beijing Lantian (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee), Zhejiang Finichi (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee), Jilin Hengtai, and others.
5. On September 18, the Jiangsu Laundry Association (Executive Member of the China Laundry Committee) held the 2018 (1st) Jiangsu Laundry Service Industry Innovation Conference.
6. On September 19, the Sichuan Laundry Industry Association (Executive Member of the China Laundry Committee) held its member representative meeting. Hu Wenjun was appointed president, Xue Zhaofeng secretary-general, Cai Zhilong director of the Gongfang Committee, Fan Haolong director of the Garment Care Committee, Li Rui director of the Mediation Committee, and Zhu Zheng director of the Expert Committee.
7. On September 19, Beijing Riguang Group (Deputy Director of the China Laundry Committee) held its 20th anniversary celebration, with nearly 500 friends from the laundry and related industries nationwide attending.
8. On September 21, the Beijing Laundry Industry Association 2018 Mid-Autumn Festival gathering was held at Beijing Fengzeyuan Hotel. Director Pan Wei of the China Laundry Committee attended and extended congratulations.
9. On September 21, the work agenda of the Expert Committee of the China Commercial Federation Laundry Industry (draft for comments) was officially released after extensive consultation with industry experts. The reappointment and supplementation of Chinese laundry industry experts will be conducted according to the new regulations.
10. The China Laundry Committee CERCLEAN project activities officially commenced. From September 19 to 22, Lyon Wennix, Secretary-General of the International Textile Care Council, and the project leader of the China Laundry Committee jointly visited several outstanding domestic enterprises for research and liaison.
11. On September 23, the trial operation of the laundry park in Zhuozhou, Hebei Province began.
12. On September 26, the finals of the clothing ironing event of the 8th Beijing Commercial Service Skills Competition were held at Beijing Funait Laundry Service Co., Ltd.
13. On September 26, the 11th Shaanxi Laundry Industry and the 13th Xi'an Laundry Industry Skills Competition were held at Xi'an Zhengzhang Laundry Company.
14. On September 27, the garment care training program jointly developed by the China Laundry Committee and Xinggeng College officially launched. Technical backbones composed of Chinese laundry industry experts and senior lecturers conducted research in Beijing and Qingdao and began course development. This course will be aimed at training the core sales team of Haier Group and represents the first in-depth integration between China's laundry industry and the home appliance industry.
15. On September 28, the China Laundry Industry Expert Taishan Forum difficult case collection activity officially began. This event invites laundry industry practitioners to submit laundry accidents and technical problems. After compiling the content, solutions and suggestions will be provided to industry practitioners on the day of the forum.
