Taizhou Haifeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a diversified high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, design, creation, marketing, and service. The company's main washing machinery series include various specifications of fully automatic washer-extractors, dry cleaning machines, industrial washing machines, dehydrators, dryers, ironing machines, dyeing machines, shaking machines, folding machines, leather embossing machines, and garment post-processing equipment. The diesel generator set series range from 8 to 2500kw, including various series and brands of diesel generator sets such as Cummins series, Shangchai 135 series, Jichai 190 series, Volvo series, as well as ordinary units, electrostatic power stations, trailer power stations, and mobile power stations. The products are widely used in hotels, hospitals, railways, airports, and other enterprises and institutions.
The Japanese-style dryer is independently developed by the company and has received special funding support from the Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau. Based on market trends, Haifeng's R&D department referred to similar foreign products and combined domestic customer usage. After design verification and actual user experience, it was independently designed and is a domestic first. The product has been put into production and exported abroad, receiving praise from customers in Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea. The Japanese-style dryer has the following features: the drum door adopts a left-right opening structure; the double-door design reduces the labor intensity of operators; the door is safe and reliable when locked; the outer drum door uses a fully automatic pneumatic opening and closing device, which is basically silent after pneumatic operation, and workers only need to gently move the handle to open the door; the drying cycle is short, fabrics can be evenly opened, resulting in minimal color difference; it is user-friendly, making loading and unloading convenient; an exhaust gas collection device is installed on the top, reducing pollution to the workshop environment and preventing harm to workers from exhaust gases.
The China Laundry Expo (CHINA LAUNDRY EXPO) has a history of thirteen years since its establishment in 2000. Through the careful cultivation of the organizer and strong support from numerous enterprises, it has developed into the most influential and authoritative international brand event in China's laundry industry, becoming an annual must-attend industry gathering for domestic and foreign laundry professionals.
