On July 20th, the 2018 (19th) China International Laundry Industry Exhibition successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, Halls W1-W2. A splendid event in the laundry industry was held as scheduled, becoming the focus of attention for laundry industry colleagues at home and abroad this year. 
This exhibition covered an area of 23,000 square meters, gathering 229 exhibitors from around the world, with nearly 1,500 booths and over 20,000 professional visitors. Compared to previous sessions, the exhibition reached a new high in scale, integrating the latest development trends of the laundry market in terms of hall layout, product variety, and concurrent activities, surpassing industry standards. Exhibitors came from more than a dozen countries including the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Australia, and South Korea, making it the largest laundry industry exhibition in Asia. 
On the opening day of the exhibition, Jiang Ming, President of the China General Chamber of Commerce, accompanied by the organizing committee leaders, inspected the exhibition site and expressed high praise for this industry event. President Jiang stated that this exhibition showed significant improvements in both scale and quality, reflecting the progress and development of China's laundry industry and elevating cooperation and exchanges with international peers to a new level.
Concurrent Activities of the Exhibition Were Brilliant and Diverse 
On July 17th, the "2018 (3rd) China Public Textile Laundry Summit Forum" was successfully held at the Sheraton Hongkou Hotel in Shanghai. The forum gathered authoritative figures from the domestic and international laundry industry and invited professionals from related fields such as environmental protection and healthcare to share insights. More than 200 industry professionals including outstanding public textile laundry enterprises, related company leaders, experts, and scholars from across the country attended the event to jointly celebrate. 
To better assist laundry enterprises in communication and jointly explore the best laundry production and business management models, the China Laundry Committee organized nearly 200 people on July 19th to visit three outstanding laundry enterprises. The visited companies and visiting colleagues engaged in multi-angle on-site experiences and wonderful sharing. 
The "Forty Years of Reform and Opening Up: Tribute to Chinese Laundry Workers" exhibition, jointly organized by the China International Laundry Industry Exhibition Organizing Committee and some local associations, was held at the 19th Laundry Exhibition site. The China Laundry Committee also held the ceremony to award the "Meritorious Figures in China's Laundry Industry."
