Associations of local laundry and dyeing industries, laundry and dyeing service and related enterprises, all member units:
To implement the "Notice of the Ministry of Commerce on Carrying out the 2012 Quality Service Activities in the Trade and Service Industry" (Shangfuwu Han [2012] No. 167) and the spirit of the "Notice of the China General Chamber of Commerce on Actively Organizing and Implementing the 2012 Quality Service Activities in the Trade and Service Industry," as an important part of the trade and service industry, the China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Laundry Committee") calls on laundry service enterprises nationwide to actively respond to the Ministry of Commerce's call for extensive and in-depth quality service activities in the trade and service industry, promote standardized services in the laundry industry, improve service skills, strengthen corporate social responsibility, and create an industry that satisfies consumers. According to the overall arrangements of the Ministry of Commerce and the China General Chamber of Commerce, the Laundry Professional Committee has decided to carry out a nationwide quality service activity in the laundry industry from May to December this year under the theme "Strengthen Industry Self-discipline, Provide Good Laundry Services."
1. Activity Content
1. Sign the "National Laundry Industry Integrity Service Convention."
2. Organize the "2012 National Laundry Industry Standards and Regulations Knowledge Competition" and the "2012 National Laundry Industry Skills Knowledge Competition" (specific plans will be notified separately).
3. Organize and carry out excellence selection activities focusing on "National Laundry Industry Well-known Brand Survey," "National Laundry Industry Outstanding Managers," "National Laundry Industry Trusted Product Selection," and "Laundry Shop Service Standards" (specific plans will be notified separately).
2. Activity Slogan and Logo
1. Unified publicity slogans and themes by the Ministry of Commerce:
Dedicate quality service, strive to create advanced models
Highlight standards, highlight service, highlight commitment; compete in skills, compete in quality, compete in contribution
2. Laundry Committee publicity slogans:
Strengthen industry self-discipline, provide good laundry services

3. Activity Requirements
1. Local laundry industry associations and related enterprises should carry out practical quality service and preferential activities according to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and local relevant departments to enhance the industry's (enterprise's) reputation and goodwill.
2. Local associations and related enterprises should closely combine with reality, use media platforms to widely publicize industry and enterprise development concepts, spread laundry knowledge, and strive for good social benefits.
3. Participating enterprises should convey the activity requirements to frontline employees, stimulate their enthusiasm for dedication, and actively provide quality services to customers.

"National Laundry Industry Integrity Service Convention"
Signing Activity Implementation Measures
To implement the "Notice of the Ministry of Commerce on Carrying out the 2012 Quality Service Activities in the Trade and Service Industry" (Shangfuwu Han [2012] No. 167) and the requirements of the Laundry Committee's "Notice on Carrying out Quality Service Activities in the Laundry Industry," and to put into practice the content of the "National Laundry Industry Integrity Service Convention" advocated by the Laundry Committee and some local associations nationwide, the following implementation measures are formulated.
1. Participants
1. Initiating units: China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry Professional Committee (referred to as "Laundry Committee"), and voluntarily initiated local laundry associations nationwide;
2. Laundry service enterprises that operate in compliance with the convention's relevant provisions, fulfill the convention's content, have a certain reputation nationwide and locally, and can voluntarily apply to join.
2. Activity Time
Signing activity date: April 19, 2012 - May 15, 2012
Convention supervision period: May 3, 2012 - December 31, 2012
3. Activity Method
1. The Laundry and Dyeing Committee organizes the signing ceremony of the "National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention" for representative enterprises.
2. Local associations organize the signing of the "National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention" according to local conditions.
3. Enterprises voluntarily applying to join the convention must sign the attached "National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention Signing Page" and directly report to the Laundry and Dyeing Committee.
4. Related Requirements
1. Participating enterprises must be those that acknowledge and voluntarily sign this convention.
2. Signed enterprises must use the unified event logo, event posters, and related promotional materials of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee.
3. Participating enterprises must be member units of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee (newly admitted members after receiving this notice are also eligible).
5. Promotion Methods
Participating enterprises will be promoted on all information platforms of the Laundry and Dyeing Committee, including "China Laundry" website, "China Leather" website, and "China Laundry" journal. Additionally, relevant supporting media from the Ministry of Commerce and China Commercial Federation will provide follow-up reports.
6. Related Fees
Enterprises signing this convention shall pay 200 yuan for promotional materials, including 100 copies of "Entering the Laundry Store", 10 event posters, and fees for publicity on the "China Laundry" website and journal. If the demand for promotional materials exceeds the quota, please contact the Laundry and Dyeing Committee separately.

National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Integrity Service Convention
To implement the Ministry of Commerce's requirements for carrying out quality service activities in the trade service industry, strengthen industry self-discipline, improve service quality, protect consumers' legitimate rights and interests, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the laundry and dyeing industry, we solemnly promise to fulfill the following commitments:
1. Comply with relevant national laws and regulations, conscientiously implement industry standards, and consciously accept supervision from relevant departments and the public.
2. Use promotional language that meets national standards, be truthful, and avoid exaggerated, ambiguous, or misleading expressions.
3. Adopt correct washing methods, operate strictly according to procedures, and ensure service quality.
4. Use fully enclosed dry cleaning machines that meet national standards, as well as related equipment and washing chemicals.
5. Follow professional ethics, take care of customers' clothes, and ensure the safety of garments.
6. Provide honest service, clearly mark prices, do not mislead consumers, and do not defraud customers.
7. Continuously improve professional skills, reduce washing accidents, and properly handle service disputes.
8. Carefully explain garment washing knowledge, fulfill the obligation to inform, act as a good advisor, and help customers understand their consumption.
