"Approaching the Laundry" Reprint Release

To help customers understand the laundry industry and to some extent eliminate misconceptions about laundry services, as well as to regulate industry business practices, the China Chamber of Commerce Laundry Committee specially compiled the popular science booklet "Getting Closer to the Laundry Shop — To Our Valued Customers" to be distributed to consumers through laundry shops. The first print run of 20,000 copies of "Getting Closer to the Laundry Shop — To Our Valued Customers" was distributed in some laundry shops. It provided simple and appropriate explanations on various public discussions about laundry issues, effectively promoting the laundry industry, popularizing knowledge about the laundry industry, and standardizing laundry shop service operations. It has been widely welcomed by laundry shop operators and consumers, and has also been recognized by relevant leaders of the Ministry of Commerce. The Service Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce has specially promoted the content of this popular science booklet on its official website.
In response, the Laundry Committee, based on industry needs and comprehensive feedback, organized revisions to the booklet, adding content suggested by customers and laundry shops. The reprinted "Getting Closer to the Laundry Shop — To Our Valued Customers" booklet is now available again. The new edition adds more common laundry knowledge and hot topics on laundry issues based on the first edition. Improvements have also been made in printing quality and cover design. It will continue to be distributed to a wide range of laundry consumers through laundry shops that provide quality service.
