In recent years, China's laundry and dyeing enterprises have been challenged in management and operation due to rising labor costs and stricter environmental requirements. Learning from mature foreign management experiences to improve enterprise operation and management levels is a common aspiration of laundry and dyeing entrepreneurs. The China Commercial Federation Laundry Professional Committee, after in-depth communication with the International Textile Care Council, plans to jointly carry out the European Laundry Industry Quality Management System (CERCLEAN) certification work. Through systematic study of the European management system, it aims to meet the operational and management needs of China's laundry and dyeing enterprises. It is planned to hold the "First China Laundry Industry Study Tour and Intensive Training Class in the Netherlands" from late May to early June 2018. Through full-time theoretical and practical training, participants will deeply master the excellent management experience of internationally certified enterprises, providing talent for the modernization and elite management of China's laundry and dyeing enterprises.

China Laundry Industry Senior Managers and "CERCLEAN" Certification Trainer Intensive Training Class
2. Training Content
1. The intensive training class is a fully closed 5-day study, implementing theory plus enterprise practice training, with problem analysis and discussion every evening. The entire training process is accompanied by professional translators.
2. Theoretical training courses are conducted at the International Textile Care Council Training Center, taught by foreign laundry industry experts.
3. Practical courses take place at laundry enterprises with advanced management experience and execution standards, conducted in laundries and laundry shops according to the type of participant's enterprise.
4. Under the guidance of foreign experts, participants conduct simulated certification of European enterprises.
5. Through training, participants engage in frequent in-depth exchanges and learning with foreign enterprise managers, senior experts, and domestic peers combined with actual enterprise situations, aiming to solve business and management doubts and fully master excellent management experience.
6. Upon passing, participants will obtain the qualification of China's first batch of CERCLEAN certification project Chinese certifiers and the "Senior Manager of the Laundry Industry" certificate jointly issued by the China Laundry Committee and the International Textile Care Council.
7. Deep exploration in the Netherlands, inspecting laundry enterprises and social history and culture, with an expected duration of 12 days.
3. Personnel Requirements
1. Senior management personnel, executives, management backbones, and reserves from laundry shops and laundries. Familiar with national and industry standards, insightful, open-minded, and dedicated to the modernization of the laundry and dyeing industry.
2. Under 55 years old, vigorous and strong, with rich theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in the profession.
3. This training is a small class intensive training.
