Laundry and dyeing services are an important part of the life service industry and are closely related to the quality of residents' lives. With the improvement of people's living standards, consumers' demands for the quality of laundry and dyeing services have also continuously increased, leading to frequent disputes over the quality of these services.
To improve the service quality of the laundry and dyeing industry and help enterprises and consumers understand the real causes of laundry problems, so that disputes can be properly resolved, the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce will hold the 2017 "3.15 Laundry Service Quality Consultation Day" public welfare event on March 15, "International Consumer Rights Day." This event is co-organized by the Beijing Laundry Industry Association and will provide free expert identification of the causes of laundry service quality issues and mediate service disputes for consumers and operators.
Consumers and operators who have laundry service issues and need consultation are requested to inform our association of the problematic clothing and consultation needs, obtain the "Laundry Quality Identification Entrustment Form," and send the form along with the clothing, receipt, and other related materials to us (courier acceptance deadline is March 14, on-site consultation time is the morning of March 15). Industry experts will answer your questions. This consultation service is free of charge; postage costs are borne by the sender.
