On October 21, 2010, Sun Yumei, an expert of the Expert Committee of the Laundry and Dyeing Industry of the China General Chamber of Commerce, was awarded the title of Chief Technician of Jinan City, receiving the highest honor for highly skilled talents in Jinan.
The Chief Technician of Jinan City is selected based on the "Jinan City Advanced Skilled Talent Reward Measures," "Jinan City Chief Technician Selection and Management Measures," and "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of Highly Skilled Talents." It selects highly skilled talents with superb skills, good professional ethics, outstanding contributions, and wide recognition within the industry from the workforce in Jinan. The selection process involves personal application, unit recommendation, expert preliminary review, organizational inspection, evaluation by the Jinan City Highly Skilled Talent Evaluation Committee, and approval by the city's talent work leadership group. Sun Yumei stood out in this selection, which strongly affirms her excellent professional skills and high professional ethics.
Sun Yumei works at Jinan Oasis Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd. and is a national senior technician. She has been engaged in the laundry and dyeing industry for many years, focusing on research in laundry technology and training in laundry skills. While continuously improving her own skills, she has also trained a large number of technical talents for the industry. She has successively obtained qualifications such as "Senior Examiner for National Vocational Skill Appraisal," "Judge for National Vocational Skill Competitions," and "Laundry Vocational Trainer." In June 2010, upon recommendation by multiple experts and approval by the Expert Committee of the Laundry and Dyeing Industry of the China General Chamber of Commerce, she became an expert in China's laundry and dyeing industry. Her excellent papers and monographs, such as "Application of Subsidy Techniques in Laundry Services," have also been included in the "China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Expert Paper Library."
