With strong support from the Provincial Department of Commerce, Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, our association has consecutively held two provincial-level vocational skills competitions. Outstanding contestants have emerged through the competition and received recognition, becoming technical role models in the industry. This has motivated a wide range of laundry and dyeing workers to love their jobs, diligently study, strive to become technical experts, and improve service quality. The vocational skills competition's role in cultivating, selecting, and motivating highly skilled talents has become increasingly evident, becoming a high-quality platform for colleagues in the province's laundry and dyeing industry to communicate and learn from each other. Through this platform, new technologies are promoted, industry technical role models are established, and professional technical teams are built, comprehensively improving the service level of the province's laundry and dyeing industry and promoting the industry's standardized and healthy development.
The third session of the third council meeting of the Fujian Laundry and Dyeing Industry Association, held concurrently, has achieved good results in promoting member communication, advancing advanced business and management concepts, and expanding industry work ideas, enhancing the cohesion and influence of the Fujian laundry and dyeing industry. Director Chen Yang of the Service Industry Development Division of the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce attended the council meeting and delivered an important speech on how the association can better carry out its work in the future, especially regarding laundry and dyeing industry statistics, standardization construction, and the promotion of excellence in commercial and trade services, as well as the creation of "Integrity Management" demonstration units in the laundry and dyeing industry.
