2009年度全国洗染业知名品牌在线投票活动开展以来，得到了社会各界及参与企业的高度关注。投票人数和票数迅速增加。对提高企业知名度和美誉得起到了积极的作用。
但是，在对投票系统进行监测过程中发现，极个别企业的获票数，在短时段内异常波动。为了保证投票公平、公正的进行，我会现已开始技术追踪，并将持续关注。对声明发布后仍表现异常的，将视情况作出票数无效处理。
此次品牌调查活动最终结果，还将经过其它综合考评，在线投票只是其中一项考评内容，不能决定最终调查结果。望各界正确理解支持这项活动。
