Notice on Hosting the 2016 China Laundry Industry Awards Ceremony and Famous Brand Exchange Event
To all local laundry industry associations (chambers of commerce), laundry professional committee member units, related laundry enterprises, and laundry industry practitioners:
To commend the enterprises and individuals honored in the 2016 China Laundry Industry Excellence Promotion Series Activities, and to further promote the construction of outstanding brands and the leading role of industry models, the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Laundry Committee") will hold the "2016 China Laundry Industry Awards Ceremony and Famous Brand Exchange Event" on July 11 in Shanghai. At that time, senior executives of well-known laundry brand enterprises, industry experts, and association leaders from across the country will gather at the ceremony to share glory and wisdom.
Whether you are an award-winning honoree, a newcomer hoping to comprehensively understand the industry situation, or a practitioner wanting to witness excellence and communicate with outstanding industry professionals, you will gain from this event. The specific notice is as follows:
1. Event Content
1. Awards Ceremony: Witness together the grand announcement of awards such as "China Laundry Industry Famous Brand", "China Laundry Industry Standard Work Contribution Award", "China Laundry Industry Person of the Year", "China Laundry Industry Rising Star Award", "National Laundry Industry Meritorious Person", "National Laundry Industry Outstanding Contributor", "National Laundry Industry Excellent Manager", "National Laundry Industry Innovative Person", and "National Laundry Industry Trusted Product". Learn about the outstanding achievements and experiences of these excellent laundry enterprises, well-known brand leaders, outstanding industry management elites, and individuals who have made remarkable contributions to industry development.
2. Networking Banquet: The networking banquet will be held in conjunction with the "Welcome Dinner of the 17th China International Laundry Industry Exhibition", serving as a continuation of the ceremony, a prelude to the exhibition, and a party for senior executives and well-known figures in the domestic and foreign laundry industry. Here, attendees will have close contact, old and new friends will gather, sparking more opportunities for exchange, sharing, and win-win cooperation.

1. Representatives of enterprises and outstanding individuals who have won awards in the 2016 China Laundry Industry Excellence Promotion Series Activities;
2. Exhibitor representatives of the 17th China International Laundry Industry Exhibition 2016;
3. Leaders of laundry industry associations, administrative departments, and representatives of related laundry enterprises;
4. Industry insiders and outsiders interested in investing in or understanding the laundry industry;
5. Representatives of Laundry Committee member units and related laundry enterprises;
6. Laundry industry experts.
5. Registration Method
1. Reservations are accepted from the date of issuance. Interested participants please fill out the reply form (see attachment) and fax or send by E-mail or QQ to the Laundry Committee before June 30.
2. To ensure the quality of the event, the number of participants is limited to 260. The organizing committee will review registrations based on payment time and order. Receiving the invitation to the awards ceremony means successful registration.
3. Due to limited spots, early registration is recommended. On-site registration is not accepted.
6. Registration Fee
1. Invited enterprise representatives and outstanding individuals receiving awards (one person per award) attend the event free of charge.
2. Exhibitor representatives invited to the banquet will receive invitations issued uniformly by the exhibition organizing committee.
3. Voluntary participants registering before June 30: Laundry Committee member units (hereinafter "member units") pay 520 RMB per person; non-member units pay 650 RMB per person. Fees do not include transportation or accommodation.

9. Display and Promotion
1. This event welcomes relevant enterprises and associations to participate in on-site promotion and sponsorship in various ways. For specific implementation plans, please contact the conference affairs team;
2. All media are welcome to participate in the publicity and reporting of the event;
3. Without the consent of the conference affairs team, no enterprise is allowed to distribute or set up promotional advertisements and materials on site.
