Summit Forum Phase:
Gu Jing (Weishi, China) "How can washing enterprises make profits in the era of thin margins?"
It is necessary to conduct cost analysis and improve the operational capability of enterprises. Reduce waste through technical and management means, ensure the maximum efficiency of equipment systems, recover investment costs, and maintain continuous profitability. Scientific investment + building an operational system + effective execution focused on goals = enabling enterprises to have the ability to continuously make profits.

Guo Jidong (Sunlight, China) "Developing energy-saving and environmentally friendly washing chemicals to meet the needs of public textile washing"
Washing chemicals play a key role in the washing process. The quality of washing chemicals determines the washing quality and even the lifespan of textiles. A viable washing chemical should be energy-saving, low-consumption, and environmentally friendly, achieving the best washing effect with minimal usage.

John Hacker (Herberkenikisa, Germany) "Sustainable investment in Chinese professional linen care companies"
In line with national trends, reducing energy consumption, increasing energy utilization and recovery rates, conducting meticulous cost calculations, and fully learning from domestic and international industry experiences to improve enterprise management and transformation are the ways for enterprises to achieve sustainable and healthy development. By presenting examples and experiences of energy saving and emission reduction in UK laundries, it is summarized that optimizing boiler rooms and related equipment, steam distribution, hot water distribution, washing processes, and reducing compressed air leaks can achieve energy-saving goals.
Yuan Mingdong (Ruili, China) "Fundraising for enterprise development and win-win cooperation in regional development"
Fundraising: Although washing and dyeing enterprises have relatively better cash flow compared to manufacturing and other industries, reasonable fundraising is still necessary when establishing new enterprises, expanding capacity, or technical transformation to prevent capital chain breaks. Changing the mode of fighting alone and low-price bloodshed, cooperation and win-win is a direction. Cooperating with other enterprises for better differentiated operations may yield better returns than individual expansion. This is a direction worth considering.

Wu Shixin (Sea Lion, China) "Efficient energy saving and consumption reduction - the technological development of Laundry Dragon and its combined application with sewage treatment systems"
Purchasing Laundry Dragon and configuring efficient sewage treatment systems is a development direction chosen by more and more enterprises. At the same time, it requires considerable investment. Therefore, before choosing, reviewing cases and attending lectures is a way to avoid detours during development.

Higasa Kyosuke (All Japan Washing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., Japan) "Analysis of the current situation of the Japanese laundry and linen industry"
Energy saving and labor shortages seem to be problems in both China and Japan. But according to data, the average revenue of member companies of the Japan Laundry Association in 2015 was 2.5 billion yen, equivalent to 146 million RMB, of which washing linen income accounted for 46%, that is 67 million RMB. This output was generated by 102 full-time employees and 132 part-time workers, equivalent to more than 280,000 RMB per person. This does not include that among 232 employees, 54% of revenue was created by services such as dust removal. Through these numbers, we can still see a big gap.

Pu Jinyong (Lantian Qingke, China) "Exploration and experience of IoT + textile rental + washing solutions"
IoT + textile rental + washing solutions, fully automated production lines. Every operator is striving between ideals and reality, contributing to the standardization, scale, automation, and intelligence of the washing and dyeing industry.

Zhang Yuan (Alans, USA) "The new era of laundry"
Laundry factories and laundromats sometimes complement each other's business. When laundry factories are in peak season, laundromats are in off-season, so the heads of these two types of enterprises often envy each other. Is there a better model to enable laundry factory operators to enter the laundromat industry?

Cheng Fuyou (Yapu, China) "Building an IoT cloud ecosystem for the era of public textile rental"
Over more than a decade, RFID radio frequency technology has had many cases in China. This business is mostly used by medical textile enterprises, but the increasingly mature technology will surely help the intelligent development of China's washing and dyeing industry.
