"Garment Dry Cleaning Technology" is a book written by Teacher Wu Ruizhang, summarizing over 50 years of experience in washing and dyeing. It details the principles of garment dry cleaning and the removal of stains involved, process design, use and maintenance of dry cleaning equipment, fault diagnosis, and other knowledge. The knowledge is presented very systematically, which can help beginners in the washing and dyeing industry to systematically learn dry cleaning knowledge, and also inspire experienced laundry workers who have been in the industry for many years, clearing up blind spots in dry cleaning technology.
In 2016, Teacher Wu Ruizhang was awarded the title of National Meritorious Figure in the Washing and Dyeing Industry. He is a member of the Expert Committee of the Washing and Dyeing Industry of the China General Chamber of Commerce, an expert of the Expert Committee of the Beijing Washing and Dyeing Industry Association, and a master of traditional Chinese craftsmanship skills. He graduated in the 1960s from the Washing and Dyeing major at Beijing Service School (now Beijing Industrial and Commercial Technician College), and was then assigned to Beijing Prand Washing and Dyeing Company until retirement. After retirement, he served as a technical consultant at the People's Great Hall Laundry Factory for a long time, never leaving the front line. He is a senior expert in the washing and dyeing industry with rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
