2016年1月26日由人社部，中央电视台联合主办，河北省政府人社厅承办的河北省突出贡献技师颁奖典礼在河北举行。中国洗染业专家、保定市洗涤协会会长闫丛笑从河北省各样各业的众多参评者中脱颖而出获此殊荣，并在百名获奖者中作为洗染行业唯一获奖代表上台领奖。领奖后，她说：我只想让洗染行业有一席之地，最后胜出十分不易，非常感动。
