Anhui Yunshida Yin Jianyun Washing Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Hefei City, Anhui Province, is a newcomer in the washing machinery industry. Marketing personnel prioritize technical service for customers over equipment sales, helping customers avoid technical misunderstandings, guiding them to establish reasonable configuration ranges and requirements, and under the premise of equal and open negotiation, establishing the best configuration plan. However, at this point, customers are not required to purchase the company's equipment; the focus is on guiding customers to choose suppliers voluntarily, not rushing for results, and striving to show genuine care through service. If done well, this approach will not only avoid losing orders but also create some profit margin. Of course, this mindset shift requires a long-term effort. But as long as everyone persists, it will surely gain broad customer recognition and reflect obvious social and economic benefits.

First, the company made significant adjustments to the organizational and personnel structure.
