On September 23, 2007, at the picturesque Jiuhua Villa in Beijing, an annual meeting themed "New Olympics, New Rongchang, New Yrsa" marked a new chapter for the Rongchang•Yrsa Laundry Chain Group. Managers and store managers from branches nationwide gathered to attentively listen to Chairman Zhang Rongyao's 2007 annual report; Pan Wei, Secretary-General of the Laundry Professional Committee of the China Commercial Federation, Pei Liang, Secretary-General of the China Chain Store & Franchise Association, Bai Jiping from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and other relevant leaders also attended the meeting. Together with Chairman Zhang Rongyao, they unveiled the new company, witnessing the birth of "New Rongchang, New Yrsa" and the beginning of a new era.
During the annual meeting, Chairman Zhang Rongyao summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the past year and formally proposed the company's new strategic development direction and goals for the next 3-5 years. He elaborated in detail on the key tasks to achieve these goals, including establishing eight major operational systems such as a "new operational supervision system, new technical support system, new information management system, and new service and laundry quality management system." Chairman Zhang also introduced adjustments to the company's new human resources structure, aiming to ultimately establish a senior management team with professional management and strong monitoring capabilities, as well as an operational team centered on "store managers." This received enthusiastic responses and attention from the attendees, who also expressed strong support and cooperation for the company's next steps in strategic development and operational restructuring.
Outstanding branches and employees from the past year were also recognized with awards from headquarters during the annual meeting. Some excellent branch managers shared their experiences and insights on laundry store management and customer service, benefiting many representatives and inspiring a greater interest and desire to strengthen communication.
At the annual meeting, attending leaders jointly unveiled the new company "Beijing Rongchang Technology Service Co., Ltd." with Chairman Zhang Rongyao and took commemorative photos. In their speeches celebrating the birth of "New Rongchang, New Yrsa," they reviewed the 17-year history of the Rongchang Yrsa Group adhering to the corporate spirit of "innovation, focus, and passion." On one hand, they are customer demand-oriented, committed to realizing the service concept of "more environmentally friendly, healthier, and cleaner," while actively seeking industry development breakthroughs, innovating corporate mechanisms, and continuously growing stronger. They also expressed their blessings and support for "New Rongchang, New Yrsa."
