To further implement the "Laundry Industry Management Measures," improve the service skills and service levels of practitioners, establish a sound laundry accident handling mechanism, gradually improve the persistently high rate of laundry consumer complaints, and guide the healthy and harmonious development of the industry, the Laundry Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce will hold the "National Laundry Accident Handling Technology Exchange and Demonstration Conference" in late June in Dalian. The conference will adopt expert theoretical explanations, on-site Q&A, practical demonstrations, and case analysis, aiming to provide the most direct and practical laundry technology and accident handling skills to achieve a leap in the professional skills of participants, and to build a new platform for industry exchange and fellowship for laundry colleagues nationwide.
I. Conference Content
1. For common laundry accidents and difficult problems during laundry operations, invite well-known industry experts in garment washing, stain removal, leather care, and accident rescue to provide on-site explanations and Q&A;
2. Participants may freely provide difficult laundry accident cases (preferably physical items), and the expert group will conduct on-site discussions and demonstrations of handling;
3. Invite outstanding brand store managers from well-known industry enterprises to explain laundry store management skills and effective handling of customer complaints and laundry disputes;
4. Award personnel who have won the title of "National Technical Expert" granted by the Ministry of Labor in the "5th National Laundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition" held by the Laundry Committee;
5. Hold a large-scale fellowship banquet "Laundry Family."

1. Well-known domestic laundry industry experts, member units of the laundry professional committee, local laundry industry associations, and well-known industry enterprises;
2. Personnel who have won the title of "National Technical Expert" granted by the Ministry of Labor in the "5th National Laundry Industry Vocational Skills Competition";
3. Laundry industry practitioners nationwide eager to learn and exchange laundry technology through participation.

IV. Conference Fees
Laundry Committee member units: 800 RMB/person, non-member units: 900 RMB/person, including meals, accommodation, and sightseeing from the evening of June 24 to noon of June 27; round-trip transportation costs are self-paid.
