1.2015年12月8日, 中商联洗染委常务副主任兼秘书长潘炜、常务副主任王厚增和综合处长冯金娜拜访国家人社部中国就业培训技术指导中心，与标准处陈蕾处长及相关部门工作人员就职业标准制订、教材编写、题库开发等工作的合作进行交流沟通。
