The First National Laundry and Dyeing Industry National-Level Referee Training Course Successfully Concluded
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that national-level vocational skill competitions must be officiated by national-level referees, and to meet the needs of industry development and ensure the fairness, justice, and smooth progress of the 6th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition, the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce held the first national-level referee training course for the laundry and dyeing industry in Beijing from March 19 to March 21, 2009. More than 130 pre-selected qualified professionals from the laundry and dyeing industry nationwide participated in this training.
On the 19th, the first national laundry and dyeing industry referee training course officially started. Wang Shuyuan, Deputy Secretary-General of the China General Chamber of Commerce and Director of the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee, attended the event in person and delivered a passionate speech. The opening ceremony was hosted by Pan Wei, Executive Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce.
Director Wang first expressed gratitude to all trainees for their support of the 6th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition. She said that the development of China's laundry and dyeing industry relies on the efforts of every colleague, and it is precisely because of their continuous learning and hard work that the industry has flourished today. She believes that with the high attention, support, and cooperation of all colleagues, the 6th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition and the first national laundry and dyeing industry referee training course will surely achieve complete success! Subsequently, Director Jia Wei from the Vocational Skills Appraisal Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security delivered a speech, urging trainees to study referee knowledge seriously to lay a solid foundation for future officiating. The main courses of this training included "Guidelines for the Organization and Implementation of National Vocational Skills Competitions," "Vocational Skills Competitions and Skills Talent Selection and Commendation," and "Basic Qualities of Vocational Skills Competition Referees." The rich classroom content was welcomed by all trainees. Although the trainees were all managers or technical personnel from various laundry and dyeing enterprises and very busy with their daily work, they were fully engaged in the training, listened attentively, took careful notes, and actively communicated with the teachers. On the 21st, after the serious and intense national-level referee qualification exam for vocational skills competitions, the first national laundry and dyeing industry referee training course concluded successfully. The upright learning attitude and strong learning atmosphere received high praise from the instructors, fully demonstrating the spirit of laundry and dyeing professionals. The harmonious communication environment and good cultural atmosphere laid a foundation for extensive learning and exchange among trainees. During the training, trainees also visited the Beijing Zhengdong Lily Laundry Industrial Park, toured the 798 Art Zone, and visited well-known Beijing landmarks such as the Bird's Nest and Water Cube.
The referee training activity received full support from the China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and relevant leaders of the China General Chamber of Commerce. It also received active support and cooperation from laundry and dyeing industry associations in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, Qinghai, Anhui, Jilin, Shaanxi, Shenyang, Dalian, Jinan, Qingdao, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Hanzhong, and well-known enterprises such as Funait, Rongchang·Ilsa, Zhengdong Innovation, Riguang Fine, Branch, Kabo, Guangdong Tiantian, Sanyo, Elephant King, Hengtai, and Qingdao Jieshen.
This event not only fulfilled the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's requirements for training referees for the 6th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition but also built a communication platform for national laundry and dyeing industry associations and numerous enterprises, ultimately achieving the best results satisfactory to all and receiving unanimous praise. After the training, trainees expressed their hope that the Laundry and Dyeing Professional Committee of the China General Chamber of Commerce could regularly hold similar training and exchange activities to promote communication and exchange within the industry. This will greatly promote the standardization of management systems and the improvement of technical levels in the laundry and dyeing industry. They also stated that they will fully support the 6th National Laundry and Dyeing Industry Vocational Skills Competition to be held in Beijing this September and believe that through everyone's joint efforts, this vocational skills competition will achieve even greater success!
