According to the activity planning outline and deployment of the China Chamber of Commerce Laundry and Dyeing Committee, the exhibition recruitment work for the 9th China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition has been underway since the opening day of the 8th China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition. Currently, the promotional work for the exhibition is basically completed, and the substantive recruitment work has begun.
During the promotional phase, the Laundry and Dyeing Committee, through the exhibition partner New Union Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., searched for industry-related enterprises and association organizations on websites and some professional magazines, taking neighboring countries and regions of China as entry points, and then radiating globally to carry out promotional work.
Secondly, personnel were arranged at Texcare Asia 2007 – Asia Shanghai International Textile Professional Processing (Laundry) Exhibition to promote by distributing brochures on site and face-to-face contact with exhibiting companies.
Thirdly, a booth was set up at the Osaka Laundry Conference in Japan, with dedicated staff distributing Japanese brochures, contacting old exhibitors, making new friends, deepening Japanese companies' impression of the China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition, and attracting some companies wishing to use the exhibition to explore the Chinese market. At the exhibition, contact was also made with the Korean Laundry and Dyeing Association, establishing communication channels and initially reaching an intention to participate.
Fourthly, the slogan of not losing a single old customer who participated in the previous exhibition was proposed, striving to expand their exhibition area. Through close contact and maintaining warmth, good results were achieved.
Next, we will continue to work steadily and consistently in the recruitment phase. In 2008, the 9th China International Laundry and Dyeing Industry Exhibition, the 6th National Laundry and Dyeing Vocational Skills Competition, and the 4th China Laundry and Dyeing Industry Summit Forum will be held simultaneously, with new innovations and highlights in content and form. We have reason to be optimistic and full of confidence about this.
2008, a new year, a new cycle, a new world of laundry and dyeing. It is worth our anticipation.
