Tianjin City Hosts Olympic Games Laundry Technology Exchange and Demonstration Conference

To welcome the Olympics and implement the national "Laundry Industry Management Measures," establish new industry standards, achieve scientific washing, civilized service, environmental protection, and energy conservation. Improve the service skills and service levels of practitioners, avoid laundry accidents, gradually reduce consumer complaint rates, and guide the industry towards healthy and orderly development. The Tianjin Laundry Industry Association held the "Olympics Preparation Tianjin Laundry Industry Technology Exchange Demonstration Meeting" on July 13.
First, Comrade Qi Datong, member of the National Laundry Industry Expert Committee and head of the Beijing Laundry Industry Association Expert Group, gave a lecture on several common accidents in clothing washing and dyeing, their causes, avoidance measures, and remedies. Second, national industry expert Zhang Yuanyuan lectured on laundry store management skills and effective handling of customer complaints and disputes.
The meeting adopted forms such as expert theoretical explanations, on-site Q&A, operation demonstrations, and case analysis to directly provide the most practical laundry technology and accident handling skills, aiming to achieve a leap in business skills and build a platform for technical exchange and networking for the Tianjin laundry industry.
There are 113 laundry enterprises in Tianjin, with more than 210 people participating in this conference. Everyone broadened their horizons, improved their skills, and benefited greatly. It is hoped that the association will hold more such technical exchange and demonstration activities during the laundry industry's off-season (summer) to improve the city's laundry service and technical levels. This is to welcome the Olympics, run the Olympics well, and promote the healthy and harmonious development of Tianjin's laundry industry.
