The third review meeting for the new version of the "National Occupational Standard for Laundry Workers" and the training materials was held at our association on May 16, 2007. The editorial committee members attending the meeting included: Pan Wei, Wang Houzeng, Zhu Lijun, Wu Jingmiao, Li Guangze, Zhang Zhongbang, Jia Runze, and others. Director Chen Lei from the Occupational Skill Testing Authority of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security provided specific revision suggestions on the draft of the "National Occupational Standard for Laundry Workers" at the meeting, and also gave a detailed explanation of the format and requirements for writing the national occupational training materials. The attending experts discussed the revisions to the standards and related issues in the training materials. The outline for the training materials will be finalized soon.
